Good Vibes Only - Walkable to breweries, cafes, restaurants & close to Broadway

House was clean, well stocked and cozy. Check in process was super simple. Owners provided all of the necessary information and were quick to respond when needed. Parking is a little tricky because the garage is small, and there is no other parking, but we knew that going in, so we planned accordingly. Would definitely stay again.

Communication was amazing with Jonny. We had a blown lightbulb for the outdoor entryway light and maintenance had it fixed by the time we came home in the dark that evening! Loved that there were 4 bathrooms! We were all able to get ready simultaneously! Plenty of room for us! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked! Didn’t find the walkable breweries and coffee shops but that was okay because we brewed our own coffee at the house.House was clean just needed the extra spring cleaning with cobwebs throughout ceilings and light fixtures. ( sorry I’m a former housecleaner)Walls were scuffed like previous reviews stated but tolerable.Would definitely rent again!!!!!!

Our stay was excellent overall. The location was ideal for our group, with convenient walking access to great morning coffee options and plenty of nearby bars for late-night drinks and hanging out! Highly recommend Gramps Garage for drinks and Nicoletto’s Italian food!

This townhome was great! Everyone having own bathroom was amazing. Really cute place.

The host was very responsive to any questions we had.This was centrally located for everything we did in Nashville.

We had a great stay at this house. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, the property was as described, and in a convenient location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need to cook (we prepared Thanksgiving dinner here and only needed to buy a few cake rounds). Our only issue was that a few things were clearly broken or used up, like a few bathroom lights out and the smoke detector hanging off the ceiling, and there were unsightly scratches and scuffs everywhere. It didn't affect the quality of our stay, but it did make everything look a little shabbier. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but we had others visiting us at the house. If it's just your family and you don't have anyone coming over, you're probably fine.

The host was easy to communicate with. When I sent a message, he responded timely. The place was clean and well stocked from games to kitchen utensils.

The overall house was great. We had no internet when we got there was the only issue. And even though we told manager that the thermostats wouldnt run bc of no internet, he consistently disagreed. Weather was 46 degrees, so we were freezing until about 10 am next day when AT&T guy said blown fuse so no, there was no heat until we connected w/internet. Other than that glitch, nice house.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Everything went smoothly and we liked the area. The home was great for multiple adults and children.

In town for a wedding. Convenient to venue in Goodlettesville and also Nashville. Coffee, beer and shops next door was so convenient. Walkable to late night bites.

We loved having the small shops near by and close to any bigger stores! Wish there was more convenient parking for people but we made it work!

The home was very nice. Loved the kitchen! Was easy to check in and the host was easily accessible. Just be prepared to get your exercise in here though as it has a ton of steps. All in all I would stay here again and would recommend to a friend.

Everything was clean and as advertised. Walking distance from a small brewery and a few other shops.

We enjoyed our stay. There are 3 levels to the home. Bedrooms on all 3 floors. The garage stated is equipped for 2 reasonably sized vehicles. We had an expedition and a Toyota tundra. Couldn’t close the garage door if the expedition was in there. But it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

This was a great place to stay, close by everything, broadway st and the airport. Very clean and love the fact that every room has its own restroom and bed are huge. Great place for us to relax before and after us old folks ran the half Marathon!

There were six of us in total staying for a long weekend. The unit was so well appointed and felt just like being at home. It's very well lit and all bedrooms have complete privacy and are roomy with modern decor and very comfortable beds. We were looking for a place with private baths for all of us, and this fit the bill. I had a couple of questions during our stay, and the owner replied within a few minutes of every message. Instructions on check in and check out were clear and concise. We didn't rent a car and used Uber any time we wanted to go to Broadway or the Opry - the unit is about halfway between the two and is located in a quaint neighborhood with plenty of conveniences and restaurants. Right next door is the cutest coffee shop/brewery with the best service and drinks in town. When I go back to Nashville, I would stay there again in a second.
