Stayed Sep 19, 2025We found out at our arrival that the cottage (house) was built in 1900. The kitchen was fine but the floors were very old and the stairway was noisy when in use. When asked about a fire alarm we were told in a rude manner by the owner to go out and buy one. It is actually illegal not to have one. Two days after leaving I received a text from the owner accusing us of robbing him of all of his zip lock bags. Really!! Although the house is very well situated and maybe wonderful for some, it is not for everyone.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025We had a wonderful stay in Shediac for a friends wedding. The property was perfect and centrally located, allowing us to easily make it to the wedding while also enjoying what Shediac has to offer. We would gladly return!

Stayed Aug 17, 2025The house is lovely. It is in a great location- quiet but a close walk to Main street. There were 6 of us in the house (4 adults and 2 children) and we had plenty of room. The owner was very helpful. I would recommend the house to anyone staying in the Shediac/Moncton region.

Stayed Aug 11, 2023Easy too find. Good communication with the owner. Very accommodating and helpful throughout the stay. Nice and clean house. Nice area within walking distance to downtown. Great for a family trip! Definitely worth the price! Would recommend this home to others!
