Good Tides Oceanside beach house with private heated pool & hot tub, Duck, NC

Very nice house with lots of room for everyone. Short walk to beach on quiet private road - no need to deal with traffic or crossing busy roads. Can also drive anyone who doesn’t want to walk. The pool and hot tub were great. Kitchen was well-appointed. We enjoyed star gazing from the upper deck and it was nice to have our choice of outdoor seating.

Great property with wonderful layout for a family trip!. Excellent location Easy drive into Duck Village & Corolla just a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Property was spacious and clean. Added bonuses pool, hot tub, plenty of parking, linens included even beach towels & beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas and toys! Gary was awesome and quick to respond.

Good tides is by far the best beach vacation home we have stayed in. It was well represented, immaculate, and the pool and hot tub a bonus. I highly recommend staying here.

Good Times at Good Tides!We had an awesome family vacation at Good Times! The house was so perfect for our family. Each couple had their own tastefully decorated, spacious private room. The gathering area was large and open so that we could all be together while preparing a meal or while the children played with toys or played a video game. We appreciated that the listing was quite accurate and that the house delivered on its promise!What I loved most was that the house was immaculately clean, putting us all immediately at ease. It felt like we were in our own home. The kitchen was well stocked. The ample cookware and tableware was high quality and made meal prep a breeze. Another plus was the extra fridge in the game room, which came in very handy for keeping beverages cold. My grandson loved the bunk beds and wanted to sleep there by himself. The location of the property was super convenient to access either the beach or sound side, both of which were lovely. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The hot tub was relaxing and soothing after a day of sightseeing and exploring. We enjoyed that very much! Communication with our host, Gary, was totally easy. He was always accessible and quick to respond and as friendly and accommodating as could be. He was a wonderful host! We would highly recommend a stay at Good Tides. Our family hopes to return again for more good times!

It was great location and place was clean. Wish internet could have been stable as it was only working for 10 mins or so after restarting the router.

We had a great time! Pool and hot tub are an added bonus. Looking forward to next summer!

Good Tides was a wonderful home to rent. The sheets, towels, beach equipment were so much appreciated the home and beds comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We had 11 on this trip and there was plenty of room. The location was quiet, neighbors wonderful and it was about a1/4 mile walk to the beach ( sounds long but it took like 5-10 minutes) and close to shops and restaurants. If and when we go back, Good Tides would be where we would stay.

We loved the property and all its amenities: close to the beach, great backyard pool, jacuzzi, and more balconies than we even had time to use! All of our kids got their own room and pretty much their own bathrooms too. Quiet, private, clean and Gary and his family were just amazing hosts with impeccable communications. Their check-in process and facilities were perfect. 10 out of 10 - no notes.

The location of this house is great for families. Just a short walk to the beach and added plus that all beach chairs, umbrella, toys and wagon were all provided. The house was big enough for our family of 11 and the pool kept the kids occupied for hours. The owner, Gary, was super responsive and helped with a minor issue. Overall we had a great time and would definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful stay in this house! Great amount of space and was well stocked with items we usually have to supply. Great assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards with a short walk to the beach. Gary was very quick with responses to questions and concerns. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was extremely clean and the pool towels, beach chairs, and beach equipment were most helpful. Gary was very responsive during the stay and let us check in earlier than we expected. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great vacation.

Stayed here for 2 nights for my son’s birthday with my family. Host was very helpful as this was my first time ever using any kind of booking service. House was well stocked, and in a fabulous location! Close to everything we could need and will definitely be back!

Great home and had a great time. Pool was heated and felt great. Hot tub was awesome. The outdoor grill was an added positive!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Good Tides. The listing is very accurate - the house is very clean and well stocked with soaps etc - which is very convenient when visiting from far. It’s a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to our questions. The pool and the hot tub were a highlight! Would definitely recommend.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Gary is so communicative and helpful to ensure your visit is top notch. Everything in the kitchen you’d need to cook meals, lots of places to hangout and relax. Plenty of beach gear came in handy. Hot tub was clean, too cold for the pool. Only reason for a 4/5 stars is the price was a bit high relative to other places we’ve stayed and it wasn’t as updated, smaller home, less outdoor space for little ones to play, deck run down with some nails up, etc. Would still recommend it for a family trip to Duck!
