Stayed Apr 3, 2026I originally booked for 3 beds and a sofa bed and after I booked the host informed me there was no sofa bed, the booking shows sleeps 7 so I asked if I could include one more person and I would be fine with paying an additional fee (I originally booked for 6) and he said no then proceeded to change the information in Vrbo to sleeps 6 (after I already booked). The host refused to refund me even though Vrbo customer service agreed I should get my full refund for these inconvenience's. When I arrived for my stay there was only a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so I had to purchase toilet paper for the weekend and also absolutely no cleaning products & hand soap. Under the beds looks as if they swept and put all the trash under the beds. The bushes out front has trash all scattered inside. The master bathroom shower door was put it incorrectly so when you shower water starts coming out the bottom of the door and floods into the room. The bathroom Matt is moldy from the shower water and there is also water damage in the bottom of the wall in the bathroom (it is obvious this has been happening for some time). There was no checkout book or instructions. There were only 2 towels, so I would suggest to bring your own towels. I left the home clean as when I walked in and made all the beds.

Stayed May 6, 2024The house was everything it said it was. We had a few hiccups but they were resolved. It could use a few more pots and pans if your trying to cook a meal for everyone.

Stayed Sep 29, 2023We rented this property for our temporary stay in Florida. It is a beautiful, clean and spacious home. It has a large and fenced backyard, and my children loved it. The Host was very professional and quickly responded when we contacted him. He always sent us a message to check if we are good or if we need any help that he is available.I recommend this place for your next stay in Fort Lauderdale.
