When you drive up, you'll discover there's plenty of parking in front of the beautifully shaded home. This is a home designed for outdoor living and features a covered patio area with comfy chairs and Adirondack picnic table and chair set. The fishing enthusiast will enjoy the large 70-foot boat dock, fishing light and walkway night lights, and fish cleaning station. There is plenty of room to tie up your boat and great bay fishing is just minutes away in Estes Flats and Redfish Bay. There's a charcoal grill where you can prepare the fish you plan to catch during your vacation.

An open floor plan with large sliding doors, and terra cotta tile floors gives the home a cool, inviting feel that draws people together for conversations, games, and fun. If you're not dining outdoors on the patio (there's room for six!), you can gather your group around the dining room table. The ingenious design of Gone Coastal creates an actual dining area while also keeping the space open and accessible to the flow of the home design. Every meal you serve in this dining room will feel special. The table seats up to six. If additional places are needed, you can seat up to four additional guests at the breakfast bar.

    Not horrible however, the dryer doesn’t work, the septic is full and leaking all over the front yard. Really needs to be pumped out. Smelled horrific! And the grass wasn’t mowed. It was about 8 inches tall and full of stickers.

    We stay at a lot of properties all over the country. This one was horrible. Yard was not taken care of, house was severely dated (1970s), outside was molded, parking was bad, neighbors were rude, no coffee, paper goods, shampoo, salt/pepper (nothing to “get started”. Location was the only good thing about this property.

    Main AC in living room was cool not cold. Better lighting in living Front door sticks hard getting open Trim work and caulk coming up in both bathrooms Small window unit w/single bed not cold Should have done a even upgrade since cancellation happen at last minute

    Property is recommended, very quiet area, good dock to tie your boat up to overnight. House was clean and well stocked with dishes and utensils. The BBQ grill could be replaced but i brought my own so no worries. The dryer belt needs to be changed as it is loud but we just shut the door to the laundry room when we used it.

    Our location became un available the day we arrived to Rockport! We got notification about 2 hours prior to arrival time for rental. Had people flying in and driving from as far as Alabama! We had tried to get property mgr. to release us from lease a few days earlier due to storm developments but had been denied!
