The property is in a great location. It was between the 2 town squares we like to go to for dinner and music. It was also close to an adult pool which was really nice.

The cleaning staff could have done a more thorough job of cleaning the mold in the toilets and shower, but I cleaned myself. The property managers were not prompt in returning calls. The view of the golf course across the street was very peaceful, the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. But the owners,can't say enough about the superb hospitality and generosity they have for their vacationers. Would rate them 100% perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent six weeks at this property as a winter escape from our midwest winter. The home is spacious but lacks any outdoor area to enjoy the weather (only two chairs on the front sidewalk and nothing at the back of the house). House is on a very busy street (St. Charles) with heavy traffic and noisy all day long. It's a good area to be in just not this location. Kitchen is not very well equipped if you want to do much cooking. Neighborhood was only semi friendly. Villages facilities were very close by. Golf course view was nice with great morning sunrises. Overall, we would not rent this house again.

Had trouble with one of the TVs and they were quick to replace it. Would love to stay again someday!

Very disappointed with this company - only the owner was local and most helpful!! Still waiting on our deposit 3 weeks later - just not good enough. How is it that they can take the $ immediately but it takes 3 weeks to return... or more as we haven't received it as yet.
