Nice clean house, perfect for a family vacation

My stay was very welcoming. Myself, my mom and nice very much enjoy our stay.

Host had great communication, place was as desvcribed and even a bit better. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home. Has everything you will need. Easy to find. Not far from Westgate. Nice and cozy. Will be using again, if avaliable.

CONVENIENCE: checking in went smoothly. Keyless entry. Don’t need to worry about losing/misplacing your key. Coldwater Springs was a great & central location for all of us.CLEANLINESS: upon entry, everything was clean and in order. All the kitchen appliances & needs were available & operable. Enjoyed every room in this home. Very comfy. This home is very spacious. And the rocking recliner was on point for one family member…FAMILY ORIENTED: board games, pool table, pool apparatus were available to keep the family entertained.OVERALL: our ‘ohana felt comfortable & secure on property. And Samantha our Guest Coordinator is accountable, is always available and responds quickly whenever we had any questions/inquiries or needed assistance. Mahalo Samantha & Marisa. We had a wonderful stay in Avondale. Clean property, beautiful pool, and quiet neighborhood.

The house was nice, but there were no instructions for heating the pool, and the control panel for the heater did not turn on. I tried contacting the property manager with no response. Would have loved to use the pool more, but it was basically a cold plunge!!

Great location for our annual spring training trip. Nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the pool and everything the property had to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and well stocked! The pool table was more fun and used more than we expected. Glad the closets had a lot of hangers as the 2 other bedrooms did not have any dressers for our clothes. We did have a minor issue with heating the pool but the host was phenomenal in getting it corrected...and fast. I understand things happen but what I evaluate is how the host responds and corrects an issue and Samantha receives an A+ in dealing with the pool heater issue. She is one of the best hosts we have dealt with....thank you! We definitely would stay again!

Beautiful home for a family. Close to stores and in good location. We were in town for a funeral and location was perfect to my family house. Home was perfectly stocked. And plus was the pool. Great stay. Definitely recommend and if in town again, will book to stay again.

Yet another wonderful stay at this home. This time I brought the kids and they loved everything about the home. Ended up showing up a day late due to a canceled flight, but everything with the home was ready for us. Oh and of course the communication was immaculate.

The house is unbelievable, absolutely gorgeous inside and out. A bit scary next to a golf course. But the cleanliness and upkeep and communication was a major plus. Well maintained and easy to transition too. Definitely would look to stay in it again.
