Golf swings and Sunsets!

We stayed for 3 months in Petria and Rich's beautiful home and it was far beyond our expectations. The house was very clean and extremely well-equipped. The kitchen has every appliance you'd need and lots of cutlery, dishes, glasses baking dishes, pots and pans etc. There is lots of bedding and nice plush towels. The living room/dining room area is enormous and the bedrooms are all a good size. The backyard patio is on the golf course and we spent lots of time sitting in the backyard watching the golfers and the mountain view. One of the highlights of the house for me was the beautiful mountain views and sunsets from just sitting in the living room. The house is in a gated community so there is the added security factor. There is a very nice spa in the backyard and although we are not spa people, we loved the sound of the water running during the day. We also used the very nice community swimming pool at the end of the street and it is heated, so was very nice and never crowded. Petria and Rich were fantastic about responding quickly to any questions we had. We had our dog with us and that was very easy too. Honestly, with any house you rent, there is always some negative thing, but in this house, we couldn't find one. We would return in a blink!

There are several things to consider when reviewing a property. This property receives high marks in all areas. The owners are the best. They are very available to answer questions or problems. Most of all they really are concerned you have the best vacation possible. The house was very clean and made a strong first impression. The spool was a great. We will certainly rent this property again the the near future!

We have been coming to the desert for 8 years and Petria has been the best host yet. She answered all calls promptly and took care of issues immediately. She even had her father-in-law come to the house when I locked myself out. The home was well stocked and nothing was overlooked. The property was clean and well-maintained. I would not hesitate to return.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Desert Sunsets during the Humana Golf Tournament. Indian Springs is a lovely, gated community and this home is nicely located to reach all the points of interest. The floor plan was very spacious, comfortable for guests and completely furnished with everything you might need. The owner was excellent to work with...quickly and pleasantly responded to all of our questions. We highly recommend this rental.

We had a chance to stay at this house in April, Wow is it an amazing place. We walked in and couldn't believe how spacious this 3 Bedroom House was in comparison to other places we have stayed at in the desert. The kitchen was HUGE!!! My wife and I loved the beds, they were so comfortable and everything smelled great. The backyard was perfect for what we were looking for, it sits off the 2nd Tee Box of the Golf Course and has amazing views of the mountains in the distance. They Spa/Pool in the backyard was a life saver for a warm day! It was big enough for our party and totally relaxing. It has a BBQ and a wonderful seating area in the backyard. Petria, The Owner, was amazing. Her directions were very clear and was extremely helpful in making sure our week was the best. I would HIGHLY Recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a getaway in the future. Can't wait to go back there. You will not regret it!!!

A group of 8 of us were lucky enough to find the Desert Sunsets vacation rental for Coachella weekend1. Beautiful views from the backyard. The space was more than enough room for us, and it was so relaxing to come to a home after a long day in the sun at Coachella. The festival grounds were close-by, and it was a quick 10minute drive. The home is also close to Ralphs and Costco. The home was very nicely decorated, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities to make a nice home-cooked meal. There were more than enough towels for us to use, and the owner even provided some toiletries for us! The backyard patio was perfect to relax, grill some burgers, and dip into the well-maintained jacuzzi. The community pool and gym was a 5 minute walk away, and in comparison to staying at a hotel or time-share, it was not busy or flooded with people. Petria, the owner, was more than accommodating. She was very responsive with emails, and when we had a few questions upon arrival, she answered her phone promptly and was very friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway, especially for Coachella weekend.
