Guest Access:

The property is equipped with an electronic key pad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via email the morning of your check-in date. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you at confirmation of your reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.



Getting Around:

A car is required to get around Horseshoe Bay given it has a more rural setting.

- Pets are allowed with written permission only. There is a maximum of two pets, and unfortunately cats are not allowed at all. The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay

. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar penalty.

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

- Per local ordinances, outdoor spaces have quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please no loud noise.

    We loved this home, it was clean, cozy and beautiful. Although the weather wasn’t pool weather we enjoyed the pool view as we enjoyed the fire table each evening. We saw several deer around the property and enjoyed cardinals and other birds too feeding near the patio. The kitchen had just about every type of pot, pan, bowl and serving platter you’d need. The only negative thing I can say is it did not have any aluminum foil, Saran Wrap or basic cooking ingredients-thankfully I brought what we needed for our first dinner then we made a run to the HEB in Marble Falls. The host/management company were very attentive and helpful while booking our reservation and throughout our stay. We loved our fun, relaxing and peaceful stay. We highly recommend this beautiful home. Thanks again!!

    The house is beautiful and had perfect accomodations for 3 couples. The pool was very refreshing and enjoyable an added plus to this beautiful house. The outdoor kitchen made it nice to grill outside with friends. Loved the view, we got to watch deer on the golf course. Perfect stay and will rent again. Communication was easy with check in.

    This property was a just like it was described in the info and pictures! The house was clean and welcoming with updated appliances and spacious kitchen. The screened in porch with sitting area was where we spent mornings w coffee and afternoons with drinks enjoying the view of the golf course and sounds of the birds. The pool and outside grill area was just as nice! This was the perfect place for our family to get away and enjoy some down time to relax and visit. I would highly recommend it and will definitely look to come back and stay again!

    We stayed at this property for our son's golf tournament. The location was so convenient - we could just walk up the hill to the clubhouse and restaurant. The house was excellent! Beds were comfortable, plenty of space, the porch/backyard was inviting. We would definitely stay here again!

    We spent a lovely Labor Day at the house. From start to finish the management company was helpful and responsive. The house was lovely and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need. The pool and screened in porch were a delight. We loved sitting on the porch and watching golfers or wildlife. Thanks for a lovely relaxing weekend.
