The amenities at the house were amazing and Dana was very helpful and responsive. The heated pool was delightful in the 70 degree weather. Was a lovely place to spend Christmas together as a family!

This property was absolutely beautiful and beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home — truly perfect for our large family of 9 adults and 11 children (all 9 years old and younger). With three spacious floors, everyone had plenty of room to relax, unwind, and take care of their families comfortably.One of the biggest hits was the pool table, which provided endless hours of fun and laughter for all ages. The home was stocked with thoughtful extras that made a big difference — like two ice machines, a waffle maker, and a trash compactor. Little conveniences like these added so much to our stay.We especially appreciated how well-equipped the house was: from spices and beach towels to pool and beach toys, it saved us a ton of packing space. The owners also provided a generous supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning products) that helped us settle in without having to run to the store immediately.A huge highlight was the setup at the beach — having 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas waiting for us each day was an incredible perk and made beach time so easy and enjoyable. While we had a golf cart, the walk to the beach was short and easy as well.And the pool — absolutely spectacular! It was large, clean, and perfect for both the kids and adults to enjoy together.Great communication with the owners. After 8 years of traveling to the Destin area, this property is hands down our favorite. We can’t say enough good things and would be thrilled to return!

We have a close group of military friends that we do a reunion with. It was a great stay, even more special because some long time friends got engaged on our trip. It is a beautiful house and Dana and TJ are great host. Kind and attentive. Definitely planning a reurn visit!

Beautiful, large house. Quiet, convenient location. Very short walk to beach. 8 chairs/4 umbrellas on beach a big bonus. Plenty of parking. We are looking forward to returning next year.

The house was wonderful, spacious, and just what we wanted. Communication from the hosts was clear and timely. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed and the property was large enough to accommodate our group (both inside and outside). We had a great time!

This place is beautiful! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, awesome location to the beach, pool and hot tub is amazing (my kids said best pool yet), golf cart included to get you to the beach, kitchen amenities is beyond most places- if you are on the fence give Dana and Tj a try. You will not regret it!

This is a beautiful and clean home. Dana and TJ were incredibly responsive and kept open lines of communication throughout our stay! We will be booking this home again.

11 women stayed here to celebrate our 40th birthdays and it was incredible. By far the nicest VRBO I have ever rented and we rent a lot! The pool and hot tub amazing. Walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Everything was white glove clean. The sound system was used a lot and so nice. Dana and Tj are wonderful hosts. They checked in and were available by phone but not pushy or intruding. Would highly highly recommend this home and location.

Accommodations far exceeded expectations. Perfect for multiple families! Bedrooms were spacious and beds were amazingly comfortable. Great communication from property owner! Definitely on the top of our list to revisit!

We couldn't have been more thrilled with our accommodations. The house is stunning, immaculately clean, and conveniently located to everything. Dana and TJ are attentive, accommodating and gracious hosts. Here are just a few of the things we especially loved: free access to the huge golf cart, access to their beach supplies (including chairs, toys, boogie boards, floats, and paddle boards), the beds and pillows (and I'm picky) are so comfortable, Dana gives you instructions to access their amazing Sonos sound system, the hot tub is huge, the Ninja blender was great...I could go on! Highly recommend staying here or at any of Dana and TJ's places. Can't wait to return.
