The hosts were very welcoming. All information we needed was right there for us to read and follow. The house is a lovely space and so comfortable. It is very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Thanks so much for a very fine vacation spot.

Great hosts. There for new years, gave some ideas locally. My dog loved the fenced back yard. Used the golf cart which was fun. House was well equipped with everything needed. Would stay here again.

5* all the way! The place was spotless & spacious. Perfect for hosting my family's Thanksgiving dinner. A home stocked with EVERYTHING required to create the feast. Best of all it came with a luxury golf cart which is perfect to get around the island. Pet friendly with spacious fenced in yard! A great location for walking the dog too. We will be back! This property was perfect for our family and extended stay needs. Everything was provided down to a step stool and potty chair which helped support our toddler grandson in his toilet training. The property had a completely fenced yard which allowed our dogs the freedom to play and run without issue. The house was well equipped for our stay of 10 days. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises! The house was clean and comfortable.

The hosts, Guy and Gloria, are wonderful and kind. The house is comfortable with a large fenced in back yard in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and town. The beds are so comfortable and the amenities generous. Do choose this place to stay and feel like it’s home.

Great location, great house, great golf cart, and super nice and helpful hosts made for a great stay just a mile from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We had a very good time! I walked to the beach and back every morning for sunrise and we used the golf cart to go practically everywhere on-island. We almost always found parking right in front of beach access 9 and the beach is wide and very uncrowded.

This was our first time staying at this house and we would definitely stay again. We’ve been to Amelia Island multiple times. The house is in a great location. The golf cart is great to take to the beach or out to lunch or dinner. There are beach chairs and beach towels. The beds were comfy. All of the beach areas along the waterfront near the house are great. The main beach with the restroom is a six minute drive. Or you can go closer and it’s probably about 3 minutes. If you’re looking for a lot of seashells, go to the one closest to the house. Overall, the stay was great!

Everything we were looking for in a home away from home. We truly felt at home here for 2 months. Location is very convenient to beach and downtown. Golf cart is fun and also very helpful for both beach and downtown (makes parking a breeze!). Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs and provided lots of privacy. Nice quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very accommodating, attentive, and informative. Highly recommend! Can't wait to go back!

This is a great vacation rental. Located in a nice residential neighborhood and convenient to beach, shopping, and restaurants. As far as amenities are concerned, it has everything you could want. Beautifully decorated, with outstanding artwork, comfortable rooms, kitchen with high quality appliances and equipment, and a large fenced yard (ideal if you’re traveling with a dog). Owners were very helpful with recommendations for area activities. Our only regret is not having booked a longer stay.

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated home. Kitchen is well stocked along with Keurig coffee pods. Fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs to run and chill in the sun. The hosts are great with communication for checking in as well as ideas of things to see and do and great restaurants to try. We will definitely be back.

This property is in a great location and is very clean. We would definitely stay her again if we are back in the area.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving 2024 with family. The owners are very friendly and easy to communicate with, and they are very cooperative. This is a nice home just a couple of minutes to the beach by golf cart or car. The kitchen is small but was fine to prepare a Thanksgiving turkey feast. There is a large garage with a nice washer/dryer. We had 2 dogs and they both enjoyed their stay too. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. We had a good time here and would stay again when in the area.

This home and surrounding area was a perfect destination for a family visit. Accommodations were comfortable and nicely decorated. Property was safe for both the grand babies as well as dogs. Close to Fernandina Beach restaurants and parks. Thanks

We were really comfortable and loved staying at this Amelia Island spot! Got to cruise around a little bit on the golf cart, enjoyed the beach and downtown. Comfy beds, plenty of amenities, and the fenced backyard was loved by our pups who are very used to leash walks. Would absolutely stay again!

The Hosts were awesome, quick to respond to any questions that we had and made sure we were provided with items to make our stay enjoyable. The home itself was cozy and very comfortable; the location of the home was perfect… close to shopping, recreation, etc. but, in a homey community environment (with great neighbors). I would recommend this home for anyone looking to get-away to relax and enjoy the beautiful area. Thank you Guy and Gloria for your great hospitality!

Great place to stay, property was as advertised, clean, quiet and in the middle of everything. Communication with the owner was easy.

We enjoyed the house. Great location. Shops and restaurants were just minutes away. Grandkids enjoyed playing with the toys.

Will be booking again! Love the space for our family - had everything we needed and more! Hosts were extremely gracious and responsive. Looking forward to staying again!!
