Golf cart agreement must be signed for use of golf cart. If the golf cart is used without signed liability form, guests may incur an additional $500 fee and non-refundable cancellation of remainder of reservation.

This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. Pet fee is $200/per pet (non refundable). Max 2 pets.

Free parking for 2 vehicles is available on the premises, additional parking can be arranged upon request.
*Boat and trailer parking are not allowed.
*Please be aware, the owners have a recording Ring doorbell on the front door and exterior camera on the garage.

* Community amenities such as the pool, playground, and dining areas are managed by the HOA and are subject to availability. These amenities are not guaranteed and do not qualify as grounds for refunds.
* Weather-related events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued.
* Rental agreement will be provided upon booking and is signature is required to finalize reservation.
* Maximum occupancy must match the guest count on your reservation.
* No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property at any time.
* If the number of people on the property exceeds the number listed on the reservation, a $500 per unauthorized guest, per night fee will apply for each night of the reservation.
* Quiet hours begin at 10PM. A signed rental agreement is required for all stays.

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet / animal.
