Golf Cart: Must sign rental agreement to use. Unauthorized use = $500 fee + cancellation of remaining stay
No boats or trailers allowed
Security: Ring doorbell (front) + exterior garage camera
No smoking, no glitter, no flushable wipes or grease in drains
⏰ Check-out: 10:00 AM Eastern | Self check-in with keypad
Primary renter must be age 25+
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

* Weather-related events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued.
* Rental agreement will be provided upon booking and is signature is required to finalize reservation.
* Maximum occupancy must match the guest count on your reservation.
* No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property at any time.
* If the number of people on the property exceeds the number listed on the reservation, a $500 per unauthorized guest, per night fee will apply for each night of the reservation.
* Quiet hours begin at 10PM. A signed rental agreement is required for all stays.
