Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great family experience. Condo had everything you’d need. We had a traditional drip coffee maker and a keurig. Our friends condo only had drip. We were ready for both. Right next to bridge going to pool and golf cart was perfect. Only issue, second room’s door would not latch and kept opening which was annoying, but very minor issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting 5072 Beachwalk Villa for February and March was a wonderful experience. The location of this villa is exceptional. It’s a quick walk to the beach, a trip over a bridge to a lovely pool, which is very unused, and full of lovely friendly neighbors. The villain itself is a nice two bedroom with Older dated furniture but adequate. The cable and Internet service was very good and easy to navigate. The golf cart was in great shape and worked well. We were right off the ponds for great fishing every morning. The outdoor area did not get a lot of sunshine until late afternoon but was Easy enough to move chairs into the sunshine. The outdoor grill was in good shape and cleaned by my Beehaven on a regular basis, which was a nice surprise. My only complaint was some housekeeping issues when we arrived. Most of the curtains are soiled and really need to be laundered And the upper ceiling areas of upper wall areas were full of cobwebs and really had not been cleaned as the staircase going upstairs was full of dust and sand and needed to be cleaned. The washer and dryer were excellent to use as was the air conditioning system. They had a lot of nice outdoor chairs and beach toys for children. I think they could improve on cookware there was only two small pots, one large pot and one fry pan they could improve on this. I did bring my own cookware in my own sharp knives to use. Other amenities were fine When we had a couple of small issues in the apartment on my beach Haven was very prompt in their responses and I have no complaints there. All in all we had a wonderful winter and my suggestions were just to improve the next person’s visit. Nothing that held us back or inhibited us from having a great time.

1. Patio Door handle missing, parts laying on kitchen countertop as if property owner had been made aware of problem, but it was not repaired before my arrival. 2. Main bedroom shower drain or flooring leaking into kitchen area cabinets, floor and stove. Had to use the second bedroom shower. By looking at the ceiling in the kitchen area it had been leaking at some point in time in the past.

Master shower leaked downstairs through the kitchen cabinets then onto the floor. Had a mess and no mop. Management was concerned but did not see any maintenance people. Hopefully these items were corrected. Golf cart was great!

Property needs a paint refresh, kitchen could use some better cooking utensils and could have been cleaner.. Beds were comfortable with ample blankets. Love the location!

The condo was very clean and located in the perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful. I love the fact we had a golf cart to navigate the grounds and get to the beach. I will definitely stay again!

The golf cart was picked up by mechanic in the middle of our stay. So, it was not available for the other half of stay. Called office and maintenance and office. No answer and no return call from voicemail. Very Disappointed
