New luxury villa with private pool at the golf course The Golf and Beach House is a recently completed modern chalet with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all on one level. The living room is open to the kitchen and with its floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offers a fantastic view of the garden and the golf course. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The four bedrooms are all very similarly furnished. All have a double bed (160cm wide), which can also be made up as two 80cm wide beds. There is also a sofa bed (120cm wide) on which a child can sleep. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and there is an additional guest WC. All bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned (warm-cold) so it is also comfortable in the colder months. The plot is 700m2 in total and outside there is a large terrace with dining table and lounge sofa, sun loungers and a pool to cool off in.
The house is approx 12km from the center of Conil or Chiclana. It is only 2 km from the beach and adjacent to Sancti Petri Hills Golf course. It is a quiet residencial area and even in summer it is a relaxed atmosphere.
