House in La Barrosa (Chiclana) on the beach with private pool for 6 people

Lovely house, great situation

Location, location, location. This is the most important thing about this Villa. It is within two minutes of the beach, Small supermarket is opposite, bars and restaurants abound. It is an older style Villa in immaculate condition that is also exceptionally well equipped. The property is set back from the road and has very quiet and peaceful grounds. The pool is shaded so is cool and refreshing. The host Carmen was particularly accommodating. Private secure parking on the property was also very good.

We had a blast in this house. If you're looking for a family-oriented vacation, 4 min walk to the beach and local restaurants, this is it. Carmen, the host, was awesome. The pool was clean and quite convenient-. We definitely recommend this property. Ruben

Really nice house, good weather and Carmen is a very sweet host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carmen made us feel most welcome and had ensured everything was ready for our stay, she kindly left some toys for our sons to play with for our duration of our trip which was incredibly thoughtful. The villa was clean, well stocked (very rarely do you stay somewhere that has enough washing up liquid, bin liners and toilet rolls for your entire stay but Carmen had thought of everything) and the beds were comfortable with plenty of bed linen and towels. The location of the villa was perfect with being close to the beach and near to restaurants but also set back enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. We would definitely stay again we had a lovely holiday and it was relaxing knowing the swimming pool was fenced off as we had two young children with us. Our children also enjoyed the garden as there was plenty of space to run around. Thank you Carmen for looking after us so well and we hope to stay again with you in the near future.

Everything about our holiday at this villa was great. Communication with Carmen through Home and Away before the trip and then directly with Carmen during the trip was easy. The location of the villa was perfect, close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurant. The villa was everything we hoped for: comfortable and with all we would need. The garden, bbq area and the pool were great. A very big thank you to Carmen, we hope to be back again.

We loved this villa which was close to the beach and had everything we needed. We received a very warm welcome from Carmen and Rafael who met us when we arrived and gave us some great recommendations on places to eat and visit - the walnut cake was also amazing! The villa, garden and pool were even nicer than seen in the photos and little additions made available, like beach chairs, beach towels, toiletries etc were so helpful. There was a small supermarket and cafes a few minutes away and larger supermarkets about 8 minutes drive away. We loved the ice cream shop just a few minutes away from the villa. The beach was amazing and although looked busy there was always loads of room to sit. We ate at some of the local restaraunts end enjoyed drinks at local bars - again all within a few minutes walk from the villa. Although it was busy at the front of the house, a parking space is provided. We loved being able to sit out on the back porch watching all the birds in the garden - so peaceful. We loved all the little details in the house and could not have asked for more. This was a fantastic villa and we would highly recommend it!

Great house, nice pool, good location with walking distance to the beach.

Lovely owners. Has everything you need and in a fantastic location. I've fallen in love with La. Barrosa! The villa has two bathrooms which is great as there were five of us here. The pool is well maintained and although it is close to the beach and road, it was very quiet. I loved it and would come back again tomorrow. The villa has those little extras which help cost, such as shower gel, soap, some cooking spices, detergentsc, Tea and coffee. CARMEN even made is a gorgeous cake for our arrival. It isn't cheap but for the location and accommodation it is great. My only negative is that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms (only fans which don't really provide cold air). There was one unit only in the living room area. But I don't like negatives so I'll leave on a good note. Book It!. But leave two weeks for me as I plan to go back. ☺?

A beautiful house in a fantastic location. We stayed with my mother, father and our two children and there was plenty of space. The lovely owners Carmen and her husband looked after us and were always on hand to give us helpful information. The facilities were great and had all the things that you would need for a comfortable stay. Very close to the beach and nice restaurants. We will be heading back there next year!
