Stayed Sep 19, 2025Amazing home in the perfect location for gameday or visits to Clemson. My family of 6 really loved this home, so comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed so much more quantity time than we would have if we booked hotel rooms. Chris was an amazing host and the property exceeded expectations. So private but also easy walking distance to everything. We didn’t have to use our cars all weekend! Will stay again.

Stayed Sep 28, 2018My group had a wonderful stay at Chris and Suzannah's spacious home in downtown Clemson. From the moment we walked in, the house was extremely clean and inviting. The layout of the house allowed for plenty of space for a group of 8. Plenty of sitting space, sleeping areas, and privacy-our group never felt like it was a tight fit for all of us. We also loved having the sun room to look out to the water and also being able to walk down to the dock. The hosts are so wonderful - left us with more than enough detailed information about the house, and they also were kind enough to check in with us during our stay. Lastly, the location is unbeatable. Very close to College Avenue and very close to campus/Death Valley/tailgating. It was the perfect spot. I will definitely be back again next year to stay! You won't regret choosing this beautiful home for your next trip to Clemson!
