Go everywhere! Lovely Mapleton Hill townhome!

We stayed in this rental for a month and were very pleased. Everything worked out for us and our 8 year old twins. We were close to the action of Pearl street and walkable to the North Boulder Park and Rec Center. The owner is very kind, friendly and easy to work with. He was very responsive to any questions and issues we had. He was also fast to respond with any advice we needed (kids camps, activities, etc.). We enjoyed our stay and will likely be back. Thanks for making our summer so memorable.

Larry's property is beautiful. We loved the sunshine coming from the south facing windows all day. The fireplace heats the entire house in minutes. The place is well appointed and the king bed might be the most comfortable bed weve ever had, we slept so well. The covered parking spot was very convenient (esp not having to remove snow from the car each day). Walking distance to the bars and restaurants of Boulder, and hiking trails was very convenient. Wish we could have stayed longer, thank you Larry!

Highly recommended. The location is fantastic and incredibly walkable. The space is comfortable and well stocked. The host, Lawrence, was very nice and easy to communicate with. Overall a great experience and will likely be back.

The location is the absolute key item here. We loved the ability to walk to Pearl street mall and meet friends at Jax or head to Spruce Bakery for a cortado and wonderful scone. The place was clean, modern and comfortable. They have take care to ensure a great bed, super soft sheets. (ok they are softer than mine at home and I am a bit envious). Several morning we walked up in the Sanitas trails or to Eben G Fine park. We wanted a bit of extra space for working and weren't sure if relatives would join or not. I certainly hope we get an opportunity to stay again! The owner was perfect on communication (thanks Larry!). We own short term rentals in a ski resort and appreciate when an owner takes the care and time to make a stay great.

The local is unbeatable - a quick walk to hiking trails and to town for morning coffee. Short walk to Ideal plazas with groceries, restaurants, ice cream, coffee, drycleaning etc. Larry is an excellent and responsive host. He brought us a pan size we needed to cook! Nicely renovated.

My husband and I spent a wonderful month at this newly renovated townhouse. The owners are very kind and go out of their way to be helpful. Everything a couple needs for an extended stay is there, all amenities are provided. The neighbors are quiet. It's within walking distance to hiking trails as well as Pearl Street. We would love to stay there again.

We stayed for 8 weeks in this lovely and well equipped Boulder townhome. The location is great... Tucked away in a quaint neighborhood, yet easy walking distance to all the hustle and bustle, shopping and dining of Pearl Street and other nearby centers. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. It was the perfect spot for us!

Could not recommend Larry and Muni more highly. They cooperated with our intent to practice very strict social distancing by allowing a contactless check in, removing all linens and cleaning the property meticulously before our arrival. The unit itself is brand new with updated furnishings and all of the household goods you could need, all the way down to laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. Nothing was forgotten at the property, giving us all of the comforts of home away from home. The location is ideal, walking distance to Pearl Street, Hiking, Whole Foods etc, etc. Everything was fantastic, would highly recommend!
