Nice cozy pet freindly vacation house. Host was super helpful to resolve mecanical issue. Love the more remote setting. Kictchen is not large but well stocked. We will return a third time.

Loved the property, the king beds, being able to bring our dog, the kitchen supplies and staples. Also really appreciated how welcoming and available the host was. She was terrific!Also, we all love to bike around the ranch but could not bring bikes for everyone. We LOVED having a variety of bikes in working condition!

Clean, plenty of household items plus items needed for activities. Loved the kids toys and books.

We had a wonderful time at the Alpine Fir house! Our kids LOVED the toys and games and we loved the spa. The home is well stocked with pantry staples, bikes, helmets, cooking utensils, and pretty much anything else you could need. It was a quick 7 minute bike ride to the GMRC while also being secluded off the main roads. We look forward to renting this home for years to come.

We enjoyed our seven day stay at the property. The house was roomy and welcoming, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the deck offered peaceful and quiet evenings. As a nice touch, the house offered supplies such as toothbrushes and toothpaste for the forgetful teenagers. We loved watching the deer moving up and down the backyard (really the national forest). Jessica has been very accomodating and followed up right away when we had questions. Everyone loved the house and asked to come back. We will be looking to rent here again in the near future.

Glad we have a navigation system in our car . The house is quite a ways in the Black Butte maze. The family enjoyed are stay.

We had a great long weekend at Jessica’s home in Black Butte. The layout was perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was super clean. The communication was fantastic throughout our whole stay.

Our party had 4 Adults, 3 young adults, 2 teenagers and one pug. We all had a great time, playing games, using the hot tub, relaxing by the fire watching movies! The home was immaculate, very welcoming and pet friendly. Kitchen is well stocked and we just loved the layout of the place. We would definitely reserve this home again in Black Butte. Property manager Jessica is amazing!

Clean, well-stocked, comfortable place for our family gathering, including our dogs. We appreciate places that the owner provisions as if they live there. We enjoyed the.proximity to Hoodoo.

We had the best time staying at this beautiful Black Butte house! Jessica was so responsive and helpful during the booking process, and the house was better than we could have expected! The hot tub was luxurious and the location was perfect for us to visit Mt. Bachelor and Bend during our trip!

My immediate family spent the weekend. My husband and I, 3 daughters and husbands and two grand kids! The home was absolutely PERFECT!!!! Very comfortable and plenty of space, and absolutely beautiful!

We had a great stay at this dog friendly home in Black Butte. So many games for the kids for both inside and outside entertainment. The hiccups we faced when checking in were quickly addressed by the owners. We can't wait to come stay at the house again and enjoy Black Butte for a bit longer!

We have visited Black Butte in many vacation rentals and this was our best one. It was VERY organized and they had thought of everything we might need for a wonderful stay. I appreciated the labels around the house for where things were supposed to go! It's a beautiful property and well appointed. Communication with the property manager was also very good. They allowed us to drop bags in the garage early so we could then go grocery shopping without our car full of our suitcases! Highly recommend this house!

We hosted my mom and her hiking group for several days in Black Butte and environs. The house was the perfect place for our large group to come back to at the end of the day. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful deck. Loved it.

House is great. Extremely well stocked. Clean and comfortable. We had two families of 4 with teenagers. We had more than enough space. Host was very responsive and helpful. I was worried the location would feel too far away but it was fine. Especially for teens and adults on bikes. Once we figured out to cut through near the Glaze Meadow Golf Shop on bikes it was easy. In our family when we don't really like a place we call it not a re-rental This house was definitely one I WOULD re-rent in a heartbeat! Thank you to the host!

Great house, dog friendly, and air conditioning during the warmest week of the summer was a blessing. Stocked really well with everything you could need … even a nice jogging stroller for the baby. Jessica was awesome to communicate with and very responsive.

Great location. Very quiet and private. If the weather had been better during our stay we’d have spent a lot more time out back on the deck. It was very serene.
