    Thank you for decorating your unit with Christmas decorations! It made our stay extra festive. Kitchen was beautifully outfitted. New hot tub is beautiful and filled to the brim. Jets are on the weak side (could be a power issue). Great location. Enjoyed the split bedrooms with teenagers. The beverage fridge is also a nice touch. Beds are very comfortable

    Our experience at this property was very disappointing. The check-in process was extremely complicated and took a long time — there was even a lineup just to get access. The space itself was much smaller than it looked in the photos, and the beds were very uncomfortable. Important information like the Wi-Fi password and parking directions were unclear, and there was no coffee provided, which was frustrating first thing in the morning. It’s been two weeks since our stay, and we still haven’t received our deposit back. Overall, not worth the hassle.

    The apartment was located close to the Village and walking distance to tracks and gondola. However, we were not given details by checking staff about the security bond and the servicing of the hot tub. Consequently, an unidentified serviceman was found entering our apartment (he knew the code) without our knowledge. This was very concerning and caused apprehension with our family member who was alone in the apartment at the time.The apartment is dated and looks worn in places.

    Overall the place was lovely and comfortable. The porch and upper deck with hot tub were so nice. The dining area is quite cramped so we couldn't really eat there unfortunately, but in Summer the porch was perfect anyway. We loved the foyer entry for our shoes and gear. The cleaners were in haste it seemed as a few things were unattended to, but it wasn't anything gross. Vacuum was nasty and needed cleaning! AC in bedrooms were a nice backup for hot days.

    We enjoyed our short 2 night stay. This property was in a lovely location on the edge of Whistler with easy walking access into the village. We enjoyed the balcony and the BBQ facility. The apartment was just as expected. It was disappointing the Jacuzzi was not working but we had been notified.As other reviewers had mentioned the key pick up procedure, access to the garage and finding the apartment was complicated. This was not helped by the lack of information given by reception staff when the key was collected. Once we had found the correct place to park underground the access to the apartment was easy.

    Stayed with my wife and mother-in-law (70s) for a brief stay in Whistler. Property was lovely and separated into 2 private suites, which served us well. Suite had everything one could need: fully stocked kitchen, laundry, comfortable beds, sitting area. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we couldn't take advantage of private patio, bbq, or hot tub. Only negative is the stairs. This unit is definitely not wheelchair accessible. From the parkade you have to go up a steep set of stairs to get to the door, then ascend a set of steep, narrow stairs to the first suite, and another set of steep, narrow stairs to get to the top suite with the hot tub. Navigating with luggage was challenging and tiring. Our knees definitely felt it climbing up all those stairs at the end of the day after walking the village and pathways around town.

    This property was very nice for our family of 4. Plenty of space and everything is well taken care of. It was amazing to have the hot tub and washer/dryer after the days out on the slopes.

    Great location and cozy condo. Getting into the place proved difficult for us because of the box on our car, garage height limit of 6'10. It was a treck to find a place to street park, remove/ unload our box to eventually park in the underground garage with box beside our car in parking space. Fortunately, we had teenagers to help. Something to consider if your vehicle has height restrictions.

    Overall the stay was amazing. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean and the hot tub was a great temperature. The only thing was the washer and dryer would not stay closed when we tried to use them. We contacted the front desk when we found it, so we could not do our laundry as anticipated. The sink faucet also sprayed everywhere and the nozel fell off and we had to fix it. I would suggest the minor maintenance items be looked at for the next guests. Overall great stay, would stay again.

    This condo served our needs perfectly. The upstairs area was very private so some could go to bed early and not be disturbed. The hot tub was very nice and very convenient. The location was perfect for shopping-especially with the grocery store right across the street!

    Have stayed in this development before because we like the location. This particular unit was nicely decorated and very private, well stocked and nicely updated. Would stay here again.
