Getaway w/ Hot Tub in Margaritaville Lake Resort!

Great location & property. Rented this house for an annual girls trip. Hosts were amazing — great communication, starting with the booking and all the way through check out. House is set up really nice - with a screened in deck & an open deck with a hot tub. Easily accommodated 8 women. Beds were comfy & each bedroom has a bathroom. Located in the Estates of the Margaritaville Resort. Easy access to the resort , including restaurants & pools. Also east access to 2 different community pools. Would absolutely rent again.

The lake house was amazing and in a convenient location. It had all the amenities we needed. Sharon was amazing to work with and flexible with extended checkout time.

Every summer we stay in tan-tar-a for a long weekend, and in the last five summers this is the best house we've stayed at. Lots of tan-tar-a houses have little quirks (sliding doors that are really hard to open/close, old/loud HVAC, small kitchens, etc).This house had none of those issues. Great kitchen size, beautiful deck with easy open doors, and quality air conditioners in every bedroom. Bonus points for families, the house is a 90 second walk to the play ground and a four minute flat walk to the community pool (no big hills).Already looking at booking the same house for next summer.

Great location and quick response when upon arrival found out dryer wasn’t working properly. Manager quickly resolved problem.

We had a great time at this property with our friends and had plenty of room to feel comfortable! Highly recommend!

This property worked great for our family trip! Great location and great amount of space!

Property was good for a large gathering. We had 9 adults and an infant. Large kitchen and two grills made cooking when we wanted a breeze. The gas grill quickly ran out of propane after 10 minutes was a negative. Second grill is an electric Blackstone. Hot tub was enjoying as well as the large table for playing games.

Positives….plenty of space for our family of 11. Loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Negatives….house can sleep 14 but only silverware for 6!! That wasn’t convenient not having enough for everyone to get through one meal. Place could have been cleaner. Back patio wasn’t very clean and the blackstone had to be cleaned before we could use it. The grill was very dirty and that needed to be cleaned before we could use it. The hot tub needed chlorine and there wasn’t any at the house

We had a very nice stay with our family. We had twelve people and the house worked very well for this size group.

Great location and property manager. The home just needs a bit of cleaning and upkeep. Great spot!

This property was perfect for our girls’ getaway. The number of bedrooms and baths allowed us enough space. Beds were comfortable and individual air conditioners in each bedroom allowed us to have individual control over coolness or warmth. Lots of fun things to do nearby. Excellent restaurants. Because it was summer and hot, we didn’t use the porches. The mosquitoes were pretty bad too but that was somewhat expected. The owner checked in with us and promptly answered questions.
