Renovated, fully furnished, self-contained villa within a holiday village. The fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious villa accommodates 6 guests. It also boasts a water purification system and a large veranda deck for outdoor living. Ideally located in the heart of town, it is within walking distance to coffee shops, cafes and supermarkets. Free high speed reliable NBN Wi-Fi is provided for emails, social media, and keeping in touch.

Openplan living area includes a modern fully equipped kitchen. Cooking facilities include a stove, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster and a large fridge / freezer. All cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided.

Living/dining area with lounge, chairs, flat screen TV and dining suite.

The individual rooms have split system air conditioners and overhead ceiling fans capable of taming the hottest of days.

Bedroom 1 - Queen sized bed and ensuite.

Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds.

Bedroom 3 - Queen sized bed.

Main bathroom - shower, separate toilet.

Laundry - washing machine

Spacious enclosed deck area with a large Webber barbeque and an outdoor dining set is perfect for leisurely meals with family and friends.

Water is softened for showering and filtered by reverse osmosis for drinking.

Ample parking for a car and boat next to the villa.
Wi-Fi is for emails and social media only - unlimited NBN internet is currently not achievable in this complex and unfortunately, during the peak season speeds are often slow.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

    Good location, nice bbq area and comfortable chairs in the living room. Kitchen has most needed items and lots of space.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is in a great spot however needs a tidy up. The home needs a good clean up including cob webs in the kitchen and broken curtains.
