Stayed Oct 10, 2025We loved the house! The location was great, just across the road from the beach. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for us to enjoy the beach, but luckily the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to have a good time as a family! I hope we can rent the house again during better weather!

Stayed Sep 7, 2025The host was very nice and answered whenever we need him . The house wasn’t as clean as we would have liked and one of the twin beds squeaked every time you moved . Some of the pictures had hardwood but when we arrived it was carpet. Overall, great host but the property needs some attention

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Our family visited topsail Island and was very impressed with the house and just steps away from the beach! Pretty much everything you need for a vacation,I over packed and brought everything not knowing because we had never rented a beach house before. I was very impressed with everything the house had to offer. Really the only thing we needed was groceries,clothes and swimsuits. There was even extra beach towels in the closet!! If we ever visit topsail again I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing my kids said it was missing was a pool
