Stayed Oct 24, 2025Love the layout, perfect for our golf group. However, don't be surprised if the place is unavailable in a few years because of the many water leaks. We discovered that we had stayed here before. It was new construction, yet there was already mold in the house then. There were literally mushrooms growing under the kitchen cabinets. Fast forward 3 years to late October 2025, no sign of mushrooms. However, while raining outside, we used towels to catch the rain coming inside through the window frames of multiple windows. We also noticed soft spots in the floor near multiple doors. I can only imagine the amount of mold behind the walls and under the floors. This is not the worst house we have booked in GS, but it's a close second. All of them had this same design and likely the same builder. I expect to stay away from them for our future annual golf trips. It's just not worth it.

Stayed May 24, 2025The house was just as promised. Plenty of space. Having 2 refrigerators was a plus for our group of 19. Plenty of parking and short walk to the beach.

Stayed May 17, 2025The house was as advertised, and honestly even better! Knowing the house can hold such a large group they have included two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ovens, and two sets of washer and dryers! It made the stay that much more enjoyable!

Stayed May 4, 2025The listing states that the house is 1 minute from the beach which is true IF u walk through the neighbors property otherwise its a 6 or 7 minute walk to the nearest public access AND it also states that the pool can be heated and thats not even an option. It wasnt that big of a deal but still not accurate to the listing

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Great property—even bigger than the pictures show. We had 8 families from a softball team staying here and it was perfect. Clean, spacious, plenty of parking, easy access to beach and night life. Would definitely recommend!
