Get Together 5 bedroom beach house with Pool and Hottub beach views By Prickett Properties

The dead rat in the pool was not really their fault - the grass around the house is so long it must have just lived in the grass. But the cockroaches inside the house could have been taken care of. They promised to send someone to spray and no one ever showed up. The kitchen needs inventory as several things were missing and the black mold in the bathroom is a health hazard. The walk to the beach is about 7 min. Not too bad but a little more difficult for a family when you have many small children.

Over all the stay at this property was wonderful. House was Very clean. Beds were very comfortable bathrooms clean and smelled good. 2 refrigerators 2 dish washers 2 ovens plenty of couches. The pool was super clean as well as the hot tub. I’m not complaint was this was the only house that the hot tub did not waterfall Into the pool to heat it up. The pool was very cold and no option to heat it. It ver all it was a fantastic stay. The location was very close to main beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this location and would definitely rent again. Oh and it has a charcoal grill.

Great house. A few more trash cans needed throughout house. Pool needs hand rail to make safer for entering. We had a great visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great. As mentioned in a previous review, the mirrors in 2 of the bathrooms were too high, we had a party of 11 and had issues with having enough hot water for everyone to get warm showers and the hot tub wasn’t very warm, more like a tub bath but overall a very nice property. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Love staying at this property very clean, spacious and beach walking distance. The only issue mirrors in restroom were a little to high but other than that loved it.

Everything was great. We enjoyed spending time with family in this spacious house. Will definitely book again in the future.

Overall this property was a great place to relax. It did not disappoint. We had quite a few littles and had plenty if space for all.

We were extremely impressed with everything about this beach home! Absolutely loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. The open plan of the kitchen/living/dining was spacious and lots of room for seating. The two refrigerators/dishwashers/ovens were ideal for an extended stay. This place had everything we needed and more! The ice machine was an unexpected surprise that came in very handy. We were within walking distance to the beach and loved having the use of the private pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. We would absolutely come back to this beautiful haven!
