Stayed Aug 4, 2023This is a lovely property in a perfect location. Communication was great from the host. We were a small group of girls celebrating my 30th birthday and the house was great for us. Would recommend. Our only issue was it was very dusty - not sure it has been well cleaned before our arrival so spent a while washing glasses/plates before we could get going. Also a strong damp smell in the basement (two bedrooms down there).

Stayed Jun 18, 2021The property is beautifully furnished, well equipped, fantastic location. Hotel standard. Would highly recommend to anyone who wishes to enjoy Bath. The breakfast hamper was a lovely touch too. Thank you Sarah and Jez for a great stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Brilliant accommodation, easy to find with parking close. Lovely, clean place to stay in a great location. Host always very informative and easy to get hold of if needed.
