The property was lovely. Kitchen is fabulous. Had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Very nice home perfect for what we needed, was very happy it had an instant pot which was unexpected as i almost brought mine to make spaghetti very glad i didnt, it had everything we needed.

Really quiet hidden home. I loved how private it was it really felt warm and welcoming. The only problem I came across was the excessive amounts of ants crawling on the kitchen counters as well as the kitchen floor. I had walked in to so many of them and had to immediately begin cleaning so they would not be there when my family arrived. I’m not sure if this is just a winter time problem but the amount of ants in there was really a lot! After I cleaned up with the bug spray the host had under his kitchen sink they did not seem to come back! Overall I have a good night here and would hope to book again.

The first night we froze as the wall thermostat was non functional… after texting the owner he turned up the wall units from 60 degrees to 63. Then finally told us about the wall mounted units. The last night we were there, he played ping pong heat with us 8 times where we tried to turn up the heat and he apparently kept turning it off!

The place was updated and clean. It was exactly as pictured. The only complaint is that the wifi went out on the weekend and it was hard to keep warm.

The property looked exactly like the photos listed, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood close to a shopping center. The owner was very responsive to my family's needs whenever I requested something. The property was generally very clean overall, with just some minor issues like a few pieces of hair here and there and some ants, which were not a big deal.

Very clean and well maintained. Little disappointed that it did not have ac. It was very hot in Portland that weekend. Soon realized most people in Portland does not have air conditioning. I would recommend this place for your stay.

This is a beautiful property tucked away in the suburbs of Portland. Did some hiking with family in the area and this was a good launching spot. It was a very clean and roomy two bedroom two bath would love to be able to stay there again. What impress me most about the property is how private it is. I value my privacy to a fault. The neighborhood is quiet and dog friendly there's always people walking their dogs and walking in general. We decided not to rent a car on this trip we used only public transportation. Portland has one of the most impressive transit systems I've ever experienced in a city. A quick Uber ride tothe TriMet and your hopping a 20 minute ride to the city or a 30 minute ride to the airport.

This was a very cute home, it is one half of a duplex which I was not aware of when booking, but it was absolutely not an issue. It was very clean and appropriately stocked, only staple i needed to go out and get was laundry detergent. I was very pleased with how secluded the home felt, could not see any of the neighbors lots from the backyard. It has a very nice outdoor space, however i was slightly disappointed at the lack of outdoor furniture, there was only a wooden bench on the patio, made it hard to sit outside and enjoy my morning coffee. My only other negative with this stay was lack of information on check out. No where could I find any communication or information about the expectations on how the property should be left, ie towels and linens laundered, trash taken out, dishes etc. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

This was the perfect base camp for our family excursion to Portland. The house was quite nice - well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to a grocery store, eating establishments and necessities like gas. Making the reservation was super easy and Daniel kept us well informed. Overall a fantastic experience.

The property was clean, the location was centrally located to the places we needed and it was easily accessible. However, there wasn’t any heat and it was extremely cold. We didn’t have any privacy because the windows didn’t curtains or blinds. There wasn’t a table or chairs to sit down and eat. During our stay the power went out. The owner contacted us to let us know it might be out for an hour maybe more. We asked if he had any flashlights or candles. His answer was “No!” We sat in the dark for over an hour. We decided to leave early and get a hotel because we were very cold and didn’t want to end our vacation coming down with a sore throat or cold. Would not rent this place again. Extremely Disappointed!

We rented this place to help cater food for a group during their meetings. This was the perfect spot, three minutes from the venue, close to shopping and dining and complete with a full kitchen.The two-bedroom, two bath home was quite delightful. I will definitely come back!

The place was cute. Clean, easy to get to. Enjoyed our weekend away.

From checking in to checkout all went well. Location was close to family. We were able to visit and have a couple of Thanksgiving meals in the area. The two of us had a comfortable quiet place to retreat to for a good nights rest. The nice kitchen was what we needed to make some dishes to take.

The review from September actually lists the interesting issues and they have not been addressed as of end of November. No complaints, adequate and certainly newer remodel and quiet neighborhood. Hooks in bathroom would be helpful, the shower in the en suite is an adventure since you have to be inside to turn it on and you're going to get sprayed with cold water. I think the office might be a good place for a table and chairs, otherwise you're using stools at a counter. Seating is very limited (one couch) and no outlets so lamp had to be moved to the kitchen island to be of use. Interesting priorities in furnishings but seriously, no real complaints, it just could easily be far more convenient for the guest. I stayed with a friend and he cooked dinner for myself and two friends, had to go buy a knife, and some other conveniences in order to prep the meal. We have a rental so I know what it takes to furnish and accessorize. Certainly 'adequate' would cover the description of this place and if you don't plan to relax at home and do meals, this would be fine!

I loved staying here. I am a florist and was traveling for a wedding that took place downtown Portland, and this place was so conveniently close. Max 15min drive away. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful so you were close to big city, but had quiet suburbs living as well. Can’t recommend this place enough. The host was also really easy to contact, had no issues whatsoever. Would love to stay again!!

Property was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bedding was clean, comfortable and warm. The common living space was well lit with windows with a nice view of the garden and laminate flooring. There was a nice terrace with outdoor furniture that i would have liked to use more if the weather had been nicer. Close to mall, aquatic park and some nice restaurants. Definitely would return to rent again

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful home. stocked with everything we needed. Bed and pillows were lovely, along with the neighborhood. The listing doesn't mention anywhere that this is actually a duplex, and the walls are quite thin, so you will hear people on the other side if there are any there. Other than that, it was a great spot, worth the price.

The house is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood. All details of the description were correct. The house is very well equipped with kitchen supplies, only the lights in the living room are not very cosy. We helped ourselves with a desk lamp. We couldn‘t figure out how the TV sound could be regulated. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and well stocked with towels, extra blankets and pillows. Shopping Mall is just a 5 minutes drive away.

Clean , updated, but weird furniture layout. No table and chairs for eating , bar stools only. One lamp in living area but no outlet to plug it in where it is located. Living area and kitchen lights won’t dim so lamps are needed. Room with office space probably not needed for people on vacation. Three wall clocks but none of them work. Nice big yard with fence and large hedge around it but strange uncomfortable indoor furniture on patio not so inviting. Overall it was a good place to stay

I recently stayed here with my wife and two young children while visiting family in the area. We had a lovely time and this house gave us a peaceful space to return to after our busy days. Much better than a hotel! The house is very clean and well appointed with modern comforts. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Dann!

Our stay really did have it all: The property itself is easy to find and parking was a breeze. Getting into the house itself was also super easy and I appreciated that I didn't have to talk to anyone to do that. The house itself was gorgeous. The kitchen is massive and has everything we could ever need to cook with. Make sure to bring your own paper towels and things for clean up, though. There are some supplies here and there but if you are wanting to make sure to clean up any cooking messes, you'll need some additional gear. They had an AC available already and that blew me away and was a very nice touch as that hadn't been listed in the property details. One thing to note is that the property is a duplex. You share a kitchen wall with the other unit. We did hear a lot of talking and such from the other unit so be prepared for that if someone else is booked here at the same time. Aside from that, though, this place was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

We spent only two days there. Best clean. Rather austere, but on a good way. Would have liked a binder with check out procedures and better TV remote set up, but absolutely loved that the house and property were tucked back off the street. Kitchen supplies were a bit sparse, but we weren’t cooking. Living area was spacious.

The house was really cute. It was clean, but the kitchen sink had No water. And the showerhead in the shower in the master bedroom and in the front bathroom, they suck than that. Oh I’m sorry the beds are really hard and my husband allergic to feather pillows and that’s a type of pillows that they had. Period
