Beautiful Art Filled Home 15 minutes to Downtown

Nice property.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. It had what we needed, the beds were very comfortable, the host was very thoughtful and left the front porch light on as we arrived after dark. Would definitely stay here again! No complaints

Almost Everything was excellent for our 3 night stay: Clean, comfortable, safe, etc... The bedding was clean but I wasn't thrilled with the pillows or mattresses. Just a bit [cheap] and uncomfortable (one mattress was very soft and the other rather stiff). I am not even that particular when it comes to bedding - I can sleep on almost anything. For travelers who really need a top notch bed this probably won't work for you.

It was a cute little cottage in a nice area near our final social destination. I slept like a baby.

Nice location in Milwaukie and close to Sellwood and SE Portland. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Quiet and comfortable rooms.

Cozy yet large living room where our daughter, her partner, my husband and I could sit, chat and play a game. Little Details: large boxes of Kleenex; scissors in office; fun and useful coasters for the wood tables; many artful pottery mugs; tea bag choices; high quality salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar; broiler pan; great plumbing (hot water delivered quickly, water pressure good); lovely back area with table and chairs and umbrella for outdoor visiting.

Great communication with the host. If i were to move to Portland, this is exactly what i would want. Beautiful artwork, front and back yards full of plants and bushes and brids. (Saw 5 new birds!) More than enough room for the 3 of us. Super happy about how concious the host are about the environment and the comfort of the next guests. Close to town and the airport, but you would never know. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at the Filbert house in Milwaukie, OR. The property has beautiful gardens, the beds were so comfortable, and the house was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with art. The owners anticipated all our needs and we especially like the popcorn maker and popcorn as well as tea and coffee. 100% recommend staying here if you are visiting the Portland area.

Such a relaxing area with beautiful gardens. The place was spotless, art was gorgeous and the host was extra thoughtful about clean cleaning products. Very highly recommend.

In town for 4 nights for Reed graduation with my husband and adult son. Location good, very clean and quiet, nicely decorated and appointed. Host pleasant and responsive. Highly recommend!

The photos do not give this listing justice! Very clean, comfortable and so beautifully decorated little two bedroom plus home in a charming neighborhood. The owner thought of everything you could possibly need or want from a short term rental, including organic coffee for your morning awakening. The huge bonus for me was that the home was filled with fascinating original artwork. I would stay there again in an instant.

This property is perfect. It is immaculate, charming and located perfectly. 25 min to airport. Wonderful yard and plantings. We cant say enough about it.

Lovely property. Everything was convenient, attractive, comfortable and perfectly appointed. We enjoyed the collection of artwork displayed in each space. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet with a cafe a short walk around the corner.We would stay again if we are traveling in the area.

The house itself is very cozy, and the neighborhood is very quiet. The decor is very homey, and the flowers/botanicals were lovely to just sit and enjoy.

The house is beautifully decorated with lots of love. You find everything you need inside.

We stayed for a week at this property. Everything was as described. Good communication with the host. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils, pots and pans that we needed. The neighbourhood was amazingly quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We were in the Portland area when there was a heatwave and the air conditioning units kept the house cool. My favourite part was the landscaping of the yard. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the back deck and doing some yoga out there. I would recommend this property and stay here again if we were in the area.

We love this property and stay here at least twice a year. It’s our first choice when planning our visits to Portland.
