Stayed May 20, 2025House is on a quiet street near gate 3. The app to unlock the door worked well once we were logged into the WIFI but was kind of clunky. There was a loud grinding vibrating noise coming from crawl space under kitchen. Owner was responsive but unfortunately was not practical to address during our 5-night stay so we dealt with it. The patio furniture was pretty messy even though it was covered. Had a lot of algae on rug and debris and bugs on cushions but we cleaned as best as possible to make it useable. Overall a cute house.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024This place is adorable. Clean, comfortable, modernized. Walking distance to Naval Academy, restaurants and shops. Took us a minute to figure out parking (it was dark and we were tired) - the parking on that street is 2 hour paid parking but there is street parking about 2 blocks away for free and longer and a parking garage 5-10 min walk away that was free for the whole weekend. Overall was a fantastic experience!

Stayed Oct 17, 2024We had a lovely stay for a beautiful fall football weekend. The space of the house is so well used and the home had everything we needed. Location is so close to USNA, downtown shops and restaurants. We had grandparents, parents and two kids and everyone was perfectly comfortable. I’d recommend this home to anyone looking for an Annapolis getaway. Quick note that parking was fairly easy to manage but it did require us moving the car a few times in the neighborhood- which was noted in the listing!
