Our “Ocean10” house is located 7 houses from ocean with oceanviews from front yard in Garden City Beach, SC. Our final letter is mailed to you and contains house access, 2 keys, 2 parking passes, map, rules, all. We also mail to you our owner vacation rental form for you to sign (required) with your info and owners on it before we mail you our final letter. Pet friendly house since 2009. Our House is Near Ocean (see ocean from font yard) 2-min. Walk to Beach / Ocean, Private House, private Pool in backyard, near Beach, Full Kitchen, pet friendly (1-2 small dogs), free WiFi. Weekly 7-night min. stay from Sat to Sat. Only from April - Sept. 1-3 week max. online booking Stay. We’re Sorry, No monthly stays via online booking. Guest must go directly through owner for monthly stays from Oct. - March, complete application, $2000 refundable security deposit. We have had an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau since 2011. We have been in business since 1994.

VRBO no longer provides guest address to owner due to their new privacy policy. Therefore, we require your mailing address. No check in as all is mailed to you. Owner requires at least 2 weeks notice from online booking date to your check in date due to: 2 mailings and your payment clearing our bank, and we receive your signed vacation rental form back. Historical reviews of all our home rentals since 2007 are available on owner page also.

Walk to ocean) at 126A Woodland Dr. side. This nice new vacation rental House is a 2-story raised beach house near ocean. House has private pool, 6 queen beds, 4 futons in house & 2600 sf (each side - Duplex). Entire house is 8BR/10BA. Each side of house is similar and private with 2 different owners. We only own and rent the 126-A Woodland Dr. house side (east or beach side). No common doors. 2 Separate pools and 2 private separate back yards! New outdoor lights in 3/21. 2 new HVACs in 2022, new washer and dryer in 2022. 2nd New pool pump after Hurricane Dorian in 2022.

New 32” smart HDTV in master bedroom and new construction of 3 porches (strengthened) in 4/23. You can see ocean from front yard. Approx. 2 min. walk or ~500 feet to ocean from house. House is recently furnished, & sleeps 16 max. House has a 8000-gallon private pool for 10 people max. Approx. 10-min. drive to south Myrtle Beach. House located between Surfside Beach Pier and Garden City Beach pier on Woodland Dr. near beach. 2 blocks back from beach. House is upgraded every year! House has new appliances, new beachy decor, new beds, new washer / dryer, new decor, full large kitchen, Cabana beside pool with 2 picnic benches under carport, 3 HDTVs TVs in house, outdoor campground type charcoal grill in front yard. Newly painted backyard fence in 10/25.

Nice near ocean, raised beach house, sleeps 16 max. House located at 126A Woodland Dr. GCB, SC 29576. This Ocean10 Rental house is on 12' stilts, 1 block from ocean, approximately 2-minute walk to beach! You can see ocean from front yard! House is privately owned and within walking distance to the nearby oceanfront Conch Café restaurant. Our rental house has three porches (two in front and one in back), private pool, 4 large bedrooms (2 master suites), 4.5 full baths (3 upstairs and 1.5 downstairs). Covered 2-4-car parking garage under house. Hardwood floors in den, dining and kitchen areas. 2600 heated square feet, 2800 total square feet. Lot size is approx. 5550 square feet. Rooms are painted in 'Beachy' Bermuda colors. furniture, appliances, decor, pool, everything in home is new or recent! Color cable tv in every room. Cabana by pool with 2 picnic tables under house, lounge chairs and beachy decor. Pilot Rock campsite style charcoal grill in front of house. New 43” HDTV and Sony stereo in den, 32” HDTV upstairs and 32” HDTV in downstairs bedroom.

Rate includes all & utilities, clean linens and towels, and house is cleaned before and after your stay. Renter should be: over age 23, 16 people max., no smoking house, pets considered (1-2 dogs okay). 1-3 families max. Parking for up to 4 -5 cars in driveway and under house.     There are many pros and a few cons to this property. It could really be improved with some simple tasks. What we liked:- location!!!!!-size of the house; there was so so so much space-so close to the beach-layout of the house-number of bathrooms-seating in the house-the pool-relaxed atmosphere in the house (I didn't have to be nervous that something would be messed up because it was too too proper)-AC was great-owner responded to emailsImprovements needed in our opinion:-it needs to be a bit cleaner upon arrival (I had to wipe everything in the kitchen down because things were sticky when we arrived)- the yard has such potential but the grassy area was only overgrown weeds-the backyard furniture leaves a lot to be desired; 5 of the chairs around the pool were okay. The other 4 were broken. The two tables in the yard with the chairs that go to the tables were old, broken, rusty. I would never eat off of them but I did use them to block the broken fence that leads to the pool pump area. So that my dog didn't go over there. Some rocks or pavers would improve this area so much and make the yard much more enjoyable.-the table on the deck in the yard was broken-new grills would be nice-the futons in the living room could use some new cushions-toilet paper holders in each bathroom would be a simple improvement. -rusty beach chairs lying around-carpet stains I make these suggestions, but I definitely would stay here again! It was a great trip!

    House was great, but beds were uncomfortable. Living room furniture was old and torn and broken ( recliner) and futons were uncomfortable to sit on. Layout of house was great and everyone loved the pool.

    Very clean, excellent location within walking distance to beach. The beds were comfortable although the communal area has uncomfortable sofas. The kitchen could be better stocked, no serving bowls, sharp knives or Tupperware. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The sliding door in the downstairs bedroom needs serious repair. Overall it was good but could use a few inexpensive adds that would enhance guest experience.
