Gather your people in the lakes region of New Hampshire - EV charger, hot tub

We had a wonderful long weekend at this spacious, extremely well organized and appointed house. Nancy has thought of everything, right down to an abundance of beach towels ready for the hot tub or lake. Our party of 9 enjoyed the hot tub, the assortment of activities in the lower level (ping pong, darts, foosball, etc), the waterfront (lots of kayaks!) and the many seating/dining areas available. It is a great house with a great setup! We wished we had a full week to fully enjoy all that was available. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

We booked this house for a family vacation and it was absolutely perfect! Plenty of space for everyone to relax. And the hike down to the lake is definitely worth it! 10/10 would book this house for our annual family trip again.

Nancy went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay. The kitchen is so versatile and welcoming- we had a large group for a winter ski trip and the cozy fireplace was the perfect spot for gathering. Can’t wait to come back!

High Point was the perfect spot for our family reunion. The house had everything that you could possibly need and more. The six monute walk to and from the water was well maintained and easy to navigate. Nancy was great. Very responsive to questions of concerns. Would totally recommend.

This house was perfect for a weeklong stay for our group of 10. It was clean and spacious with plenty of room to spread out and maintain privacy. When we weren’t enjoying the lake, we spent most of our time in the lovely sunroom our out on the huge deck. The walk down to the lake was manageable, the dock well maintained, and the water deep right off the dock, which was perfect for jumping off and tying up a boat. Nancy was very responsive during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Trying to coordinate 17 middle-aged women for a winter weekend away is a lot like herding cats, but the owner Nancy made it so much easier! She was kind, flexible, responsive, and she clearly cares about whether renters have a wonderful, stress-free time in her home! It was such a positive experience we are considering coming back year after year!

Very much enjoyed or stay. The house was very warm and inviting. Plenty of space for all our family members from grandchildren to adults. Was very impressed with how every draw, cabinet, closet was labeled with everything you would need. From the master bed bath to the garage.

You could arrive with nothing, and you’ll have everything. Aside from the typical essentials (clothes / toiletries) this house was perfectly organized and supplied with anything you can imagine for a top tier stay. All guests were comfortable, entertained, and very relaxed with all the amenities available. Cleanliness was 5 star, including the hot tub / bathrooms / bedrooms.
