Stayed May 16, 2026Pin was dropped in wrong location on VRBO, was not an ocean front property but on other side of street. Rental company clarified and was super reasonable. They were very proactive and helpful. Overall great stay and completely recommend this house as a great family vacation spot!

Stayed Apr 2, 2026We had a very comfortable stay, with plenty of room for everyone. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING! The AC broke on Sunday afternoon. When we called to let them know they apologized and had it replaced immediately - great service.

Stayed Nov 11, 2025We’ve stayed at this location two times and have had a great experience. Unfortunately this time the pool was not clean and was also not cleaned well after we contacted the property. We wouldn’t usually mention anything but for the rate, we expected more.

Stayed May 16, 2025We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well-equipped and maintained property. Everyone had their private space but there was space to gather as a group as well. We could get a peek at the ocean from the house and greatly enjoyed sunsets at the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Stayed Apr 26, 2025This property was a perfect home for our family vacation to the island of Hawaii. The house had plenty of space for us with our 3 adult sons and daughter-in-law. With 4 bedrooms, we all had our own space and there was a lot of common space for us to get together. The pool was a hit, and the short walk to the beach was perfect for sunsets. The location was great to explore all the island has to offer.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024We loved staying in this home and it fit the seven of us (4 adults and three kids) perfectly. So centrally located, great cook’s kitchen, short walk to the beach and the Old Airport beach. Very quiet neighborhood and minutes from downtown Kailua-Kona. We look forward to renting thus home again. Mahalo!

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Property was as expected. Well set up for a family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Had everything we needed. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Great location - steps to the beach and close to the main downtown area of Kona.
