Gated community with Country Club. Amenities galore!! Hour from Tampa & Orlando!

Brian, loved our time at your property. Had everything we needed and so many great touches and updates. The furnishings were all so nice and comfortable! Felt so welcoming the moment we walked in. Enjoyed making use of the grill and having the golf cart to buzz around the community. We can't say enough about the location and the community. So much to do! Very nice amenities and friendly people everywhere! Thank you for sharing your home with us and being so great to deal with! Can't wait to come back!

Strong musty/mildew smell just opening the door! 1Smell never left after entering. The bed was not made & had gross stains on mattress pad & bedspread! A blue pillow had mildew stains down one side! Living room couch & chair arm had multiple stains on them! Ceiling Air vents had layers of dust on them. Glassed patio was extremely hot & the fan doesn't work. The laundry room carpet was filthy with stains, & mouse poop throughout the room. Mouse poop was even in the bleach dispenser of the washer! We weren't told about a broken glass window in patio & paint chipping off of the kitchen table until after we had arrived.

Many ITEMS OF CONCERN AND MISREPRESENTATION. Request my 3-page Report, Mold Report, and 45 photos from VRBO before you rent. The property is NOT SAFE. Children 17 and under are not allowed to say overnight more than 30 days in a 12-month period. All days have been used until August of 2023. My report to VRBO includes, but not limited to, the following: • Mold in the rental. • Air conditioning vents hanging lose. • Kitchen floor installed incorrectly • Floor in front of dishwasher cut in pieces and moves at random. Dishwasher installed incorrectly: racks fly forward when door opens. • Seam in floor between kitchen and dining coming apart so pieces of baseboard were nailed together…overlapping on one end. There is about a 1-inch difference between the floor and the baseboard that was nailed to the floor. A person not steady on feet will fall. • The nails in the baseboard between the dining room and the living room were pulling up. We had to pound nails back in so we didn’t step on them. • Glass panel in the lanai is cracked from top to bottom. • Ceiling in living room patched and repainted, but the patches are crumbling. Patches on ceiling in every room over water/mold damage. • Silverware drawers in kitchen coming loose to the point of the particle board falling out. The house stinks!
