Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Marlin bay is an absolute MUST if staying in marathon. The grounds are immaculately kept. The staff is super friendly. The rental homes are ALL beautifully decorated. Very spacious and clean. The home is well stocked with supplies, towels and kitchen stuff. Plenty of parking for your vehicle.They have boat trailer parking right outside the fence of the property.

Reviewer Comments: The pool was closed the better part of three days during our stay due to tree trimming. We booked at Marlin Bay for the pool this was a major disappointment. The female bartender at pool was extremely disagreeable and made us uncomfortable.The house was in bad shape with multiple things not working properly.1

The grounds were well cared for and beautiful.The entire staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. The resort is conveniently located close to everything we needed and a perfect spot as a home base to adventure up and down the keys.The only negative is the policy not allowing resort guests to bring their own alcohol to the pool area, however, in all fairness, this policy is explicitly clear in the contract. That said, the pool bar was well appointed, offering options for everyone and the bartenders did a nice job.We will be back, we loved our stay!

The grounds on site are meticulously maintained and the pool was perfect for our 5 year old with the zero gravity entrance. Highly recommend for a wonderful week stay in the keys!

Reviewer Comments: We have been looking for quite a while for the perfect resort in the keys that was modern, clean, well maintained, outstanding customer service and a safe place to keep our boat at night....This place checked all of those boxes and then some. The layout is great, the furniture was all in great shape and seemed new. The kitchen was large and laid out nicely. Living room was also very spacious. Our place included a roof top lounge that we really enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. On the water from their Marina, you can easily access the Atlantic with multiple nearby options. We also found it very convenient and helpful that the cheapest fuel in town is right next door and they provided free ice with a fuel purchase! We are already exploring dates to go back within the next 6 months! Special thanks to Brian, Day and Kai for their exceptional customer service and extra help with our stay!

The location was excellent to access Marathon and anywhere south towards Key West. The onesite team provided excellent service when we needed help. Make sure to visit Kristin at the Cabana Bar - she made the pool area even more fun for her guests!

The views of the grounds, pool and ocean were amazing! The unit itself was impeccably clean, and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and unbelievably spacious for many people to cook at once. Beds were very comfortable, linens were spotless and crisp. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room for 7 of us to gather and also feel like we had our own space. There were plenty of towels, for bath, pool and to take outside to the ocean. We used the grill area which was nice alongside the water, with tables and chairs for dining and viewing gorgeous sunsets. This was by far one of the nicest places I have stayed in Florida, and we truly relaxed and felt like we were important. The staff at Marlin Bay from the concierge to the pool maintenance to the bartenders at the pool were friendly and couldn't do enough for us! I highly recommend Marlin Bay! Another great perk was we did not have to do laundry of towels or strip beds when we left. We were able to enjoy our last day there by not having to do these things. I can't say enough great things about Marlin Bay! We will definitely return!!

There’s corn-hole, a pool table, and a ping pong table in the bar/pool area that was a lot of fun, and a shuffleboard table in the clubhouse as well. The property was as good or better than advertised. Would definitely go back.
