Gated Beachfront Estate - On the Sand -Secluded Beach safe year round TVNC-4245

There were 11 of us - this was the perfect place. Loved the private beach access. Location was convenient to driving north or south on the island. Beautiful morning sunrises. The yard is stunning - well maintained with a variety of plants. We would go back to this place with a large group again.The host was very responsive- had an issue with the gate, it was fixed that day!The kitchen is well equipped. We will miss the cool evenings and no mosquitoes

Stunning house, property, and beach! Perfect for large groups.

Truly great location for our groups extended vacation. Host made process easy and home was as described. Beach was fantastic and some of the best snorkeling we did was right on the homes beach. Location was easy jump to our activities yet no busy. Local juice bar right down the street was nice surprise as our 1st spot several mornings. Kudos to host who were responsive to couple issues we had. Highly recommend

A fantastic property.

Nice bedrooms and they each have their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are accessed from the outside which wasn’t a big deal for us but good to know. The kitchen and bbq area are great- well stocked and organized. Our kids loved the big grass yard, kayaks and snorkeling in front of the house. We saw a turtle and seal!

Amazing location, booking again for next year.

My wife and I travel quite a lot and have stayed at several vacation houses for rent. This house rises to the top of all of them. The host was very responsive although there was nothing to respond to. The house was immaculately clean, very well appointed and everything worked. It was easy to see that maintenance had been very important. Our children and grandchildren were there and had a wonderful time. I can't think of a single issue we had. It is truly a magical place.

Our whole family loved this house a great location with privacy but also easy access to everything on Kauai The kitchen was amazing. Our family dinners at the huge table were delicious we enjoyed the beach through the hedges in the back yard but also spent time at hanalei bay All in all a wonderful and memorable family time.

The house and studio were perfect for our family reunion! Everyone had their own space (beds/bath) yet lots of fun community spaces to mingle, both indoors, under lanais, and outdoors. A great central location to explore the whole island from and house manager was great when we needed assistance. Thank you!! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great kitchen, stunning views, large rooms, lots of space. Great lawn and beach!

Aliomanu is the best location on the island, and Hale Aliomanu is the nicest home you can rent. We had everything we needed including lots of beach and bath towels, a well-equipped kitchen, two tanks of propane for the BBQ, and comfortable beds with nice linens. The views are amazing, and Anaik and Ashley are a text away if anything pops up. We spent 16 days living like locals and would highly recommend this home to everyone!

This property was a perfect spot for our family vacation. The house had all of the amenities we needed. Anaik was wonderful to work with and answered any questions promptly. Would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Absolutely stunning home on the best side of the island. Very nice snorkeling just steps from the back door. This place is about as good as it gets in Hawaii guaranteed.

The property was everything you said and much more. We as loved ours stay.

It was a wonderful week! We had room for everyone and really enjoyed the huge kitchen. We used the backyard for games every evening and swam in the ocean every day. Water shoes are a must due to the sharp edged rocks - and then we worried about crushing the baby coral sprouts ... so we did venture to sand beaches most days. We brought in a yoga instructor one morning and a caterer another night. Our group of twelve ranged from 7-74, so this home was ideal. Lots of activities, games, and reading books on lounge chairs. The home was exactly as advertised and the host was highly responsive. We will come again!

We were here for a family vacation with 3 families. The property did not disappoint! We had a great time with room for everyone and loved the snorkeling right outside the back door.

Our entire family gathering of 9 3 friends enjoyed this property for 7 nights, May 2025. Very comfortable, well equipped home. Good communication with manager and quick resolution with a BBQ problem. Quiet neighborhood with a surprise hidden Buddhist temple.

We had a superb 8 night stay at this beautiful house. You could not ask for a more perfect setting: the reef beyond the lawn is spectacular for easy snorkeling and beautiful views. The house is very well equipped, comfortable and gorgeous, tucked into a lush and private garden.Anaik accommodated our every need and truly

steps from North Pacific and coral snorkeling… really special place.

The house was lovely and perfect for our celebration. The kitchen was large and spacious. The beach views are amazing. We loved watching the sunrise in the morning and walks along the private beach in the afternoons. Well stocked with beach toys and comfy bedrooms for a large group.

House and location was amazing. Do have a couple of suggestions. Need one more chair on patio outside master bedroom. Beautiful yard- be nice to have yard games like ladder ball and cornhole.

Perfect Kauai Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Anahola! The home was thoughtfully laid out with plenty of space, and every detail was considered for comfort and convenience. The views were absolutely stunning — from the moment we woke up to the moment we went to bed, we were treated to breathtaking scenery. Everything about our stay was perfect. The property was impeccably maintained, and it felt like a true home away from home. The property manager was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a relaxing and seamless experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and comfortable stay on Kauai. We can’t wait to return!

Our family enjoys being together but usually it's for a one day/evening event. Our time at this property allowed us plenty of time to be together but also each person was able to seek their own adventures and retire to their own spaces. We always gathered for dinner and as a result, our favorite times were around the large table at dinner. The house was comfortable, the views were amazing and the property was secluded and quiet. There were some issues, especially with the WiFi. It kept cutting out after we logged on but with all other problems Anaik Martin was always available to handle whatever came up. House was stocked with all the paper products needed for our stay, there were plenty of beach towels and the beds were comfy. It wasn't until we were there three days that it occurred to me there wasn't a TV in the front room...we didn't miss one. There is a media room that is off the living room and there were TV's in the unit over the garage and in the master bedroom. We rarely used any of those TVs! It was too much fun to visit and enjoy one another! Many thanks to Anaik for her patience in dealing with me.

We spent one week in beautiful Kauai. The property and house were very nice and the access to the beach was great. What was a bit disappointing was the constant comings and goings of the property owners gardening staff, pest control and so on. It was a different situation and person 4d out of our stay. It was a bit off putting when you’re trying to enjoy family time and unsure who’s supposed to be at the home and who’s not. Overall our stay was so great and the property owners are very respectful and responsive.

The house far exceeded our expectations. Seeing in person was better than pictures in the listing. The manager was receptive and helpful. The views at sunrise are amazing as well as near full moons each night for a bonus. Plenty of space for a large group. The large kitchen and dining room areas easily accommodated our family of ten.
