Garfield 4 Bedroom Close To It All!

It was roomy enough for all of us, our grandsons had room to play. One of our people had to make cupcakes for the wedding and the kitchen was just right. The location is great. The whole place was clean and the beds were comfy.

The place was very clean and nice touch of labeled light switches came in handy ☺️

Here from Tennessee for a wedding. This place was great accommodations for many of our family members. Clean, spacious and very well stocked with everything you possibly could need. Clean & comfortable!

This home was perfect for our visit to Sioux Falls for a travel softball tournament. It was conveniently located to all of the fields as well as to shopping and groceries. The two living rooms were perfect for adults and teens to have their separate areas to hang out. House was well stocked. Everything was clean and appliances are all new!

It was exactly what they describe. Really clean and kept up. We needed 4 bedrooms for family coming up for USF graduation but only ended up using two of them. Cozy but modern. Well worth the price. Only thing I would change would have a bathroom downstairs. Thank you for adding to the perfect weekend

First time doing this sort of thing and it was a pleasant experience. We didn't have any issues. Nice place and great set up for our large family. Only thing I'd even think to critique would be that it would have been nice to know there were extra supplies and a few games, but we didn't find out until our stay was almost over. Still a great stay, would stay again, and would recommend.

The place was very clean close to everything . Provided pretty much everything needed from disposable to real dishes . The only thing I would change will be throwing sheets in laundry . Other than that super satisfied.

We’ve been going to Sioux Falls for a summer swim meet for years and always stayed at a hotel. This was such a better experience giving the family room to spread out, a great location to access food (or make our own), and to bring our dog along on the trip. Will definitely do this again if we’re back in Sioux Falls in the future.

We stayed here after surgery following a cancer diagnosis. We were extremely happy with the house. James was a great host and easy to contact. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Souix Falls!

Property was beautiful. There were a few issues like the one bathroom is on the upstairs floor without a bathroom on the same floor as two of the bedrooms. A few repairs are needed like towel holder and dishwasher trim. These things scared us when they came off but were no big deal to us. The property was immaculately cleanThe dining room table was perfect gathering place for us and very beautiful!

It is a lovely property close to 2 really good breakfast restaurants. Off street parking or parking in the garage. We only had 4 assaults but there's room for plenty more!

We all enjoyed the property and it's accommodations. The initial entry code did not work and it took about 2 hours for the host to respond with a backup code. Once in all was fine and enjoyable. The communication with the host was poor, initially with the code and after with a few notes to him. No response via his telephone and only through the VRBO app were we able to get his attention. Other numbers given to us via the app were dead ends. His contact info was not given in the confirmation from VRBO and using the VRBO website for contact was not ideal.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and large enough for our group to enjoy together and with our own space. Awesome to have a place to stay with our furry family as well.
