Everything was easy. From check in to check out. House smelled great and was clean.

Enjoyed my stay here. The host was very responsive.

The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. You can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into making it a welcoming place for guests.The host was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Communication was excellent, and they were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay.We truly appreciated the hospitality.

Very clean rental with very comfortable beds. Simple food prep options (microwave, hotplate and Keurig). There is a small dorm sized refrigerator available also. Check in and out was very simple. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Preston was wonderful to get up with and very accommodating. The house was very cozy with all of the plants and aesthetic decor. The couch and rooms were very comfortable and has everything you need, especially if you are not spending a lot of time there throughout the day. The only thing that we found that we did not have is wash rags, which we happened to pack with us. The area was also in a very central location with so much to do!! Included are just SOME of the many things we did while we were there.

Great little place.

House was very clean and smelled great. Nice little tucked away neighborhoodI do wish it was stated somewhere that this is a partitioned off house and you have a couple rooms. We have a 9 month old and he was up all night and probably kept the host awake as well. We would not have booked had we known, out of respect. Sorry Preston!

Nice little place! We were only there for a quick overnight stay and it had way more than we needed. There is no kitchen, but there is a hot plate, microwave and a Keurig, with pods included, which is always nice. Preston is super responsive and very kind. Thank you for opening your home to us!

We needed a place to stay the night as we were in town for a volleyball tournament. It was clean and quiet. Although it doesn't have a kitchen, there are several great restaurants just down the road.

The house was perfect. Very clean and cosy. It was worth the value. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to Foellinger Theatre

Quiet neighborhood, basically a glorified hotel room in all the best ways. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Some creative promotional photography made the facility seem larger than it was, but it was certainly enough for a couple nights of bed and shower. My wife and I are used to sleeping on a king sized bed, so the double bed available felt slightly cramped. Also, a hair blow dryer and a bathroom countertop would have been handy. Overall a pleasant experience, just don't expect an abundance of room!

The house was on a quiet street with easy access to a walking trail. It was a cozy space with plenty of plants. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. The only complaint we had was that the space smelled like a pet had recently been inside and the shower drain allowed a faint smell of sewer gas inside, even with the stopper in place. Overall it was a pleasant stay for a long weekend.

Great place! Just what we needed and very convenient to everything in the Fort.

The neighborhood is lovely theres indiana traffic and its close to all the family we were visiting. Cooking is a little rough as there are few outlets and it feels a bit like a fire hazard with few pit sized but the extra games where enjoyable.

I was just there for two nights. I went for a run one night using the trail at the end of the street and took it all the way downtown. The property is very clean, the neighborhood is very quiet. . Loved it!

Shared wall with back part of dwelling: I could hear the laundry running in the area behind my bedroom at midnight.

The property was clean, attractive, and beds were comfortable. I had read reviews that said the only sink was the bathroom sink, which is true. It was challenging to was dishes at a pedestal sink. The cooler kept food cold, but there was no ice. The microwave worked. The only chair to watch TV was metal. A comfortable chair would be a nice addition.

A convenient addition to an older home in a quiet, modest neighborhood, I very much appreciated the parking, the communication, and the firm mattress.

My husband, teenage daughter, and I were in town for a concert. This was perfect for what we needed!

It was not disclosed to me when booking that a roommate normally stays in the basement. I was told by neighbors that the roommate was out of town when we were supposed to stay. We did not end up staying there due to this information because I did not trust the location being safe at that point.
