Stayed Apr 22, 2026The house served the purpose but it was not as expected/advertised. It is definitely advertised as bedroom 2 having 2 queen beds and a futon. There was only 1 queen and 1 futon. We had 10 guests and had made sleeping arrangements according to the house description. It did put us in a pinch. Not that it mattered but it advertised a big screen tv and it is very small. This is my fault, but I did not notice that there is no washer and dryer available in this house. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this was a first for us. We pack knowing that laundry can be done. They do offer a laundry pick up service but we chose not to use it. The house had a nicely stocked kitchen and a very nice master bath. We did enjoy our stay but wish it was as advertised. The curb appeal was not good. The house needs either pressure washed or painted, or maybe at least replaced dead plants in window boxes with fake plants or greenery. For 5 days we paid over 3k and expected a little more upkeep. This was our 6th year using VRBO for Jeep Beach and it was definitely the most expensive and worst kept.
