Amazing time at this VRBO. Would highly recommend. Very clean and tons of amenities to utilize while we were there! We rented a boat for a few days and wasn’t an issue to leave the boat docked at the property. The host was very responsive to questions. We had 2 families of 4 and the home was perfect! Very relaxing and overall great vacation in Marathon! Would go back!!

The house was wonderful and the host was super responsive. We loved the outdoor kitchen, the pool, and the games. We had my family of 7 staying in the house ranging in age from 11-74. Across the canal, my brother, SIL, and her parents rented a two bedroom. It was a great set up for us. We loved visiting Robbie’s, the turtle hospital, dolphin research center, the 7 mile bridge, key west, boat rides, and more. We saw a ton of marine life in the area which was really cool. The location wasn’t my favorite (no view) but we would definitely rent again. The butting bugs were really bad though and we think it is in part due to all of the organic/marine debris a couple doors down as well as the open/undeveloped space nearby. All of the canal debris would get caught up in the boat too. Nothing we couldn’t handle, but it was slow going until you got through it. The airport noise was also a lot (not at night thankfully) but it was Thanksgiving week so it was likely higher than normal. We did have to purchase more paper products. I know there is a starter kit, but it would be helpful if more was provided. In general though we had a great time and enjoyed the house and the keys. Thank you!!

Beautiful home- fully equipped house. Outdoor area/kitchen was amazing- spent a lot of time outside. Very clean house. Our 36ft boat fit comfortably. Nice cleaning station with umbrella , bait freezer and ice machine all a big A. Enjoyed the clean pool as well.

Overall impression was fantastic!! Beautiful house, spacious and everything we could have needed. Had to call to get hot tub hot but any questions were answered quickly!

Villa coral is a beautiful villa it far exceeded our expectations. We stayed as a family of 9. There was plenty of room for everyone and to spread out accommodating all our needs. We paid extra for the pool to be heated which was lovely especially for the young children.

Awesome stay! Very responsive to some changes we requested when we checked in. Is completely as advertised and would highly recommend!

I’m very picky with my VRBO vacation homes. This house hit it out of the ballbark. The only complaint is that the WIFI coverage is weak in spots and needs more expanders or something. It’s better in person than the ad. I love cooking and the kitchen is stocked with everything! I mean anything and everything. I’m serious when I say stop looking. It’s by far the best place I have stayed in the area. It’s awesome!

We have used Sandy Palms in the past. Their homes are beautiful! Every detail is thought of. The homes smell amazing. We enjoyed the outside area all week including the pool. It was perfect for all of us. We had the pleasure of manatee visits a few times during the week which was amazingWe will rent from this company again!

A group of 7 family/friends just stayed in the property for one week and here is our analysis.Pros*Clean and new property*well stocked with kitchen ware*Plenty of appliances *Outside kitchen great. *Appreciate the puzzles and gamesCons*Owner should supply a few trash bags, dishwasher tabs and laundry soap (not asking for a weeks worth). Suggestion: replace the snack basket (which was appreciated) with some above supplies. Who wants to go to the store for the above items and if we had left over.*Bedding and fair (flat pillows /ok quality sheets) *PLEASE secure pest control. Our entire group was eaten alive (and we used OFF) * 300 up charge to heat spa/pool a little high because of temperature restrictions by owner (and it doesn’t get that cold in Marathon). Too many bugs in the pool and we never had the pool service show up for a week. We would definitely consider coming back but would ask for the for some allowances outlined above.

Everything we needed was there. Had plenty of misc. items, we didn’t need to buy any the simple things. We had concerns with the proximity to the airport, this was a total non-issue. We would definitely stay at this property again.

It is a very nice property. The weather was not what we hoped but we enjoyed our stay. It would be nice to have a couple mixing bowls and some cookie sheets in the kitchen. The outdoor space is very nice but the floor surface is very slippery when wet. A couple of us slipped and fell

I was a little disappointed that a day before I got there that I needed to pay extra to heat the pool.

We really enjoyed the house with the pool, pac man , pool table, foos ball and manatee sightings! It was even better thank the photos which is an incredible surprise!

We stayed with 3 families which included 6 kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved fishing off the dock. We spent majority of our time utilizing the pool area. There is a boat ramp right down the road which made dropping in easy. We had a few issues after checking in but Monica was incredibly responsive and had everything fixed that day. Definitely would stay again!

Nice new house with pool, downstairs kitchen, lots of amenities, and easy access to gulf from canal frontage. Made friends with the sea turtles in the bay and a manatee that showed up several days in a row in canal at back of unit. Would highly recommend.
