Perfect! This is a beautiful new home. Well furnished and very clean. Great location in Victorian Village.

Everything was great! It was set up really well for a big family with kids, and it was within walking distance to the Shoe!

This was the perfect location for my group. Lots of space, a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood with good restaurants and walking spaces. Communication with the management was easy and clear.

Stayed here one week and loved this place. Great location near park, market and restaurants. Property appears new and well kept. High ceilings made it feel open and spacious. No carpet thankfully, had area rugs. Comfortable beds. Reliable WiFi. Ample parking in the back. Front porch seating is nice but can be noisy. However, nice fenced backyard area is peaceful and quiet. Each side of the duplex has separate seating area with tables, charcoal grill. First floor: queen bed with en-suite shower, hallway half bath, stocked kitchen, dining table/6 chairs, counter chairs, living room with TV. Nice to have high chair available.Lower level: sofa with TV, ping pong table, mini basketball arcade, dartboard, large bedroom with desk, queen bed with en-suite shower with Jack n Jill setup.Upper level: king bedroom, en-suite shower, heated floor, small expandable wood table we used as desk, hall bath with tub/shower, queen bed with desk/rolling chair, queen bedroom. Large capacity washer and dryer was helpful.Bedroom/ bathroom layout allowed privacy. Had guests for dinner and plenty of seating.Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Best place I have stayed. Would 100% recommend. The only recommendation I have is to frost the upper window in the main floor bathroom. There is direct line of sight to the windows next door so the guests in that room were hesitant to shower/change in that bathroom.

Clean, great location, and easy to navigate.

We were pleasantly pleased with the communication of the owners and how they set expectations. Once we arrived, the home was clean, beautifully decorated, and more spacious than we anticipated. When I return to Columbus, I will first check availability before researching any other property. I have already recommended this VRBO to my friends/family.

Beautiful house with lots of room to enjoy family. Located in a beautiful neighborhood as well. We all enjoyed our stay in Columbus and got to celebrate my daughter’s white coat ceremony!

We hosted our family for graduation weekend and the house was everything we could have asked for and then some! The living spaces were perfectly furnished, clean and very comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing as well. Lots of space to spread out or be together. The outside spaces were lovely looking, sadly it rained the whole time so we couldn’t enjoy them but we will definitely book this place again on our next trip!

If we could give a property ten stars, my sisters and I would give them to this beautiful house. It's quiet, roomy, beautifully decorated, and has multiple big TVs and a ping pong table and basketball game as well! It was perfect for our long-awaited sisters get-together to celebrate milestone birthdays. We enjoyed the privacy of separate bedrooms, the chances to relax on the porch and eat dinners on the back patio, and even got to do a puzzle on the dining room table. It's within easy walking distance of a great coffee shop in an old church. We only wished we could live there permanently!

This is a great property with easy access to all the things you want to do in Columbus! The property was well equipped and spacious lay out gives folks a chance to spread out needed. The basement game area and den is awesome along with the en-suite bedroom. Parking is private and easily accessible which is a bonus to not worry about street parking. The owners were super responsive and they really worked hard to build this property to fit in with the neighborhood architecture. Well done! Easy choice to return when in Columbus!

The Rowe Rental property managers were accommodating with all of our requests and response time was quick for the few questions we had regarding appliances in the rental. The property was well appointed and spaced out perfectly for our blend of family and friends. Must stay if you are visiting the Columbus area!

Check-in was very easy. Easy walking distance to High Street and Luckys Grocery store which was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

The house was gorgeous, very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you needed. The outdoor property was also great. The neighborhood was friendly and we had no issues with our duplex neighbors. The market right down the street was also a great find! We all enjoyed our stay and if we're ever in the area again, will definitely rebook.
