Stayed Jan 21, 2026The Family Tides home is absolutely amazing! From the fully stocked kitchen and beautiful décor to the backyard oasis and garage full of toys, everything about this place made our family trip unforgettable. The house is spacious, but we barely spent time inside because the backyard was that good. The heated pool, large table, and oversized TVs created the perfect hangout spot for enjoying football, relaxing, and spending quality time together. On top of all the fun amenities, the house is thoughtfully stocked with essentials like laundry detergent, dish detergent, paper towels, trash bags, and even coffee—which made everything so convenient. We truly had the best time and can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Nov 18, 2025The house was amazing and close to the beach. Everything in kitchen was labeled so you knew where kitchen utensils were without having to figure out for your self. The beds were all super comfy and the house was spotless. The back patio and yard space was the most fun! You had fake golf course grass and a putting green. Nice heated pool that is great for this time of year. Heaters on the patio that could be used if it is chilly out and 2 big fans can be used if hot out. Separate garage with fun basket ball game and ping pong table. There are several other games to play as well. They also have tons of beach chairs. We used the outdoor Weber grill quite a bit and it worked very well. We spent most of our time out back. There are plenty of tv’s throughout the house and in bedrooms as well as in the garage game room! This is a great place if you have kids and want to keep them entertained. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Stayed Oct 15, 2025The house had a very cozy and clean comfortable beach vibe going on within and a spectacular yard full of fun for the whole family! Games inside of a garage out back like ping pong, a two person shoot match style basketball game with a digital counter, mini football field the little ones, and putting green. The pool at night was super nice and heated up in no time while at the same time everyone was able to enjoy tv under the barn style patio lit up with string lights. We very much enjoyed our stay and will always use Welcome Home Rentals as our go to when planning a vacation!

When we weren’t at the beach, we spent most of our time in the backyard which has the perfect setup for an energetic toddler - he loved collecting golf balls, running up and down the sandtrap, and the tanning ledge was the perfect size and depth for him to splash, play, and gain confidence in the water. Inside, I really appreciated that guests were provided quality goods and the little things that are often overlooked in rentals were available. Shout out to: quality pots and pans, sharp knives, storage containers for leftovers, full sized laundry detergent, ample beach and bath towels, and extremely comfortable beds. Overall, you can tell an investment was made to make guests comfortable and feel at home during the stay.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025We spent 3 weeks at this lovely home for an extended vacation and loved it! Super clean, great attention to detail - from the fully equipped kitchen to providing extras like coffee pods, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. We had so much fun in the pool and playing games. Very convenient to the beach, fishing and golf. Highly recommend. *If you have a dog, Tall Pines Park just a few minutes drive away is lovely and shaded.

Stayed Apr 30, 2025Everything was as listed... Very clean! Close to everything. Only issue we had was the pool lights would come on during the morning and shut off at 8:30 pm. Timer need to be rest to allow the lights to stay on later into the night. We will work with Welcome Home again!

Stayed Oct 23, 2024The house was better than advertised! Super responsive host. Wish we could have stayed longer. We loved everything they had on site- the pool, chipping green, and awesome game room! The mini football field is super cool too! The house was clean, organized, and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed for the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels and a wagon. Hope to stay again in the future!
