Furnished Outdoor Area! Family Home in Spring Hill

Had a great time while we were there for a cheer competition! Easy to get to, contact was very nice and easy to work with and very accommodating.

The house was great. Had everything and more than what we needed. Very clean and welcoming.

The host was very kind and the house was beautiful in a great neighborhood. Price wasn’t outrageously high even tho the house was beautiful. The showers made us want to go buy the set up they had.

Home was very nice and comfortable with plenty of space for 5 people. Would have been nice to have a heated pool.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We were four adult couples and all of us were extremely happy with the accommodations! This home was perfect for us.

I picked this property because it was close to where my children lived and it worked out perfect for us! The kids loved swimming pool and I think they stayed in it all week long it was a very nice house and accommodated us perfectly. The host was very accommodating and helped us with any need we would love to stay there again

Awesome!! Very clean, lots of room to spread out and chill. There were only 3 of us, so we did not need all the bedrooms, but we were not tripping over each other like if we had a hotel room. Very quiet neighborhood and we saw some wildlife in the marsh behind the backyard. 10 out of 10 Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

My family was there for our daughters cheer competition. The house was add it appears online. Everything was very neat and clean. There was a slight smell but, not a bad smell, but kind of an old smell. You couldn't tell after awhile though. The only suggestion for improvement I have would be outside lights. If you came back late or left early it was very dark out and no motion lights. Also the trash cans bring moved back and forth without us doing it was kind of weird. Made us as if we were not alone.

Very nice and spacious house, and the pool was really large compared to others I have been to in Florida. I really can't think of anything that wasn't great! I did fix the vertical blinds for them, obviously someone along the way had no clue how to open them correctly LOL

The home was so relaxing! We stayed here after a five day cruise and it was wonderful! Every single detail of the house was well planned from the decor to the layout to features. Even how the towels were placed in the bathroom. The space felt very intentional. The beds were so nice, I slept so well every night. The showers were like being in a spa, I never seen shower heads like that. The pool was nice and clean like the rest of the house and the TV in the pool area was a cherry on top! I loved everything about this home from the light fixtures to the appliances. The home is truly a jem and the neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. Please stay here, you won't regret it!

While the inside of the house is very clean, the beds extremely comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet, there are quite a few things that could be improved upon in exterior and pool cleanliness. We were so sad the pool wasn't heated, making it unusable during our stay.

Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen incredible. Whole house freshly painted. Outdoor screened pool and patio furniture very comfortable. Outdoor grill works. Kitchen well stocked and nice to cook in. Large spacious home. New big TVs are great. Very nice home. Thank you!

We all really enjoyed our stay. We kayaked the Weeki Wachi, explored the Spring Hill area, and ventured to Clearwater to go to the Clearwater Marine aquarium. We watched the sunset at Clearwater beach after enjoying some shopping and dinner. The house was absolutely fantastic. We had plenty of room for our group of five. We wish the pool would have been a bit warmer but overall this was the perfect choice for us. Thank you for an incredible stay.

Went on a Golfing trip , house way located with plenty of courses around.

Great house, quiet neighborhood, very well equipped with everything you need.Loved watching the birds and ducks in the pond behind the house.

We stayed here for a wedding in Brooksville and to get a quick beach day in and it was the perfect location. The wedding was for a former Marine Corps friend of my husband’s and some of their close friends stayed with us here too. It was a great place for their reunion!

Seven siblings enjoyed this home for a short 3-day stay while visiting a 8th sibling nearby. The home was clean, spacious, and had all the essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. Next trip in warmer weather we can enjoy the screened-in spacious pool and patio.

Pros - Awesome layout, bright, spacious, nice size bedrooms, very clean, great TVs, location in quiet neighborhood with beautiful wetlands behind the house. Pool was perfect but too cold to swim due to weather. Cons - Bedroom with bunk beds -top bunk mattress was higher than railing so safety concern. Overall house is missing some basics and like no wine glasses, no lamps in master bedroom and bunk bedroom, nothing to use to wash dishes by hand, minor things that would really make it great. Feels like a corporate rental and could be made to feel more homey if they did a few small things.

The house was fantastic. Everything was clean and organized. I love the bedrooms being away from each other. The open floor plan made it easy to move around. The restrooms were very clean and the shower heads were great. The TVs are huge and very nice. The lighting system was perfect in the house. The house was very comfortable to be in. There are so many positive things to say about this rental that I cannot list all of them. The Customer Service was great as well. Thank you Scott

The property was exactly as described and pictured. Super clean, very comfortable beds with very nice bedding, modern look and feel inside. Kitchen is huge and fabulous. Giant smart TVs in several rooms including outside by the pool. The outdoor space was perfect for our group and we were in the pool every day. Pool was spotlessly clean. I would definitely rent this house again!

Overall the house was okay, you can tell the owners tried with the renovation, but the upkeep is terrible. As soon as you opened the door, the smell of mildew was overwhelming. You could see the mold on the door frame and the floor throughout the entire house warped to the point where you felt like you were walking in a fun house, tripping on it constantly. There was no trim on the floor between the hallway and two of the bedrooms and the two areas were different heights so you banged your toe every time you walked through the doorways. The air barely came out of the vents in 2 of the bedrooms. The plants along the walkway were completely overgrown making it impossible to walk up the walkway without pushing limbs out of the way. There were rusty nails and razor blades in the driveway. The outdoor grill had not been cleaned so when we lit it, it actually caught on fire!!The front door stuck so badly you could barely open or close it. The pool was filthy when we arrived and even after the cleaners came, it was still gritty and dirty. I feel bad to say all of these negative things, but you would think that if you are going to charge almost $500 in Host fees and service fees, you would deliver top quality. You can tell that there was great effort made in the remodeling of the house, the design is gorgeous and in photos it looks amazing, but whoever is responsible for the upkeep is severely slacking. Again, I feel bad because you can see the attempt, but it was definitely a miss.
