Fun Waterfront Condo in April Sound

Terry was very communicative and the property was in excellent condition.

The property was as listed. The host communicated very efficiently. I like the detailed instructions throughout the condo. It could use some updating and minor maintenance but otherwise was very nice property. Great for families.

Everything here was amazing! Plenty of instructions everywhere, that were clear and concise, and the house itself was clean and easy to find. Had a wonderful stay while there!

It was a quick trip but everything was perfect.Wish we could have stayed longer.

What you see in vrbo pics is what you get. Once you are there you feel the wow, the lake view, decor, cleanliness, impressive kitchen amenities with just about anything you will ever need including small appliances. TVs in every bedroom and living room with easy to understand services available. Downstairs master bedroom is a plus for those not wanting to climb stairs. The host is always so responsive and helpful with direction aids and arrival instructions making arrival logistics so easy and without a glitch.

We stayed here during my son's fishing tournament on the lake. Being able to dock the boat right at the back door was awesome. Communication with the host was excellent and addressed our issue with work being done next door right away. The views were great, and we overall enjoyed our stay here. We will be back.

Our family of 5 stayed here to end the summer before school started. This home is the perfect location for good lake swimming and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil and cookware needed to make our meals daily. The primary bedroom was quite a bit warmer than the rest of the house but that could have been user error. Terry is a wonderful host and is very responsive! We would stay here again!

This property is ideal for all Lake Conroe activities. The host was very responsive to all our needs in making our stay very comfortable.

Terri was a wonderful host. She helped with phone calls at the beginning getting us settled in and making sure our guests were allowed in the gate. Eveything was very nice. Condo was very clean.

Terry was incredibly accommodating and communicative during our stay. The property is easy to find, parking is close, and the view of the lake is beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Our family came in from out of state to celebrate Thanksgiving and attend the A&M vs t.u.game. The condo was great and perfect for what we needed. It was our first time staying in the Montgomery area on Lake Conroe and it was fantastic. Condo is in a gated community, easy to get in and out. A few of us went on a walk and a few went on a run around the community. Location for driving back and forth to College Station was convenient and will come back in the future as an alternative to staying in CS. Imagine it will be even better staying here in summer months. The owner is terrific, very accommodating, and the condo had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

The hurricane changed our beach house plans and we had to stay locally. Terry was instrumental in procuring this location due to the issues with a widespread power outage. The condo setup was perfect for my visiting family.

Super accommodating and the perfect location for young kids because it's in its own quiet, wake free, alcove. We spent all day floating. We were here during Hurricane Berryl and the just was amazing in helping us with another night due to flights being cancelled. Will be coming back next time!

Loved this home and location. Was in for a memorial and had friends and family with us. The kids loved the water and is adults enjoyed BBQ and watching them have so much fun. Great place, great host, great experience.

Our family gathered and had a wonderful time. The townhome was clean and the kitchen was well stocked (Bring your own food of course). The lake is right beyond the back patio and the area offers great restaurants, shopping, jet skiing, boat rentals, fishing, & even a boat launch in the neighborhood, captained lake tours, and swimming. This rental makes a perfect getaway spot.

property is in a great location. near by resturants and grocery store. Coffee option were great. Fishing in the lake directly behind the property was a blast. caught plenty of catfish!

wow! Terry was incredible from booking to check out. We were displaced from our home leaking during the recent storm and accommodating is an understatement! We ended up not even needing to stay an extra night but would have paid even more for this adorable place. The location was phenomenal and safe! Definitely booking again this summer!!

This was a great place for family and friends to stay for our wedding weekend.
