Fun-in-a-Box. 10 min to A2, great for groups.

Fun-in-a-box was perfect for what my family and I needed for a quick trip to Michigan to visit family at the holidays. The house was spacious, everyone had their own room with comfortable beds, while also having a large living space and kitchen that allowed us to spend time together. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The location is great. It is somewhat secluded, with good privacy provided by the trees around the property but it is Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. It is also close to the highways so it is convenient to other parts of the metro Detroit area. Being winter, we didn't spend time outdoors but the outdoor spaces are also nice and would be great during warmer months as would the game room in the garage. The host communicated regularly, checking to make sure we had what we needed. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return.

Our family was able to stay at this home coming from North Virginia to Michigan to attend a funeral. It checked off all the boxes that we needed. Spacious, comfortable, cozy, easy location to get to near our near our other family members. Great for the kids!!

The home is perfect for large groups, lots of space for visiting and bedrooms on every level. It’s close to restaurants and breweries. Perfect place to stay with family while in town for a wedding.

The house was secluded, away from the road & a HUGE yard! We didn't have kids on our trip, but they would have loved the yard and the playset in the backyard. The home was cozy & fit our family well. Ann Arbor is 10 minutes away and has everything you will need! The deck was under construction & a few minor repairs are needed (one of the hinges on the bedroom door was broken, some kitchen supplies were limited, paint touch ups, etc.). We had a happy 3 night stay!

We were in the area for collegiate national artistic swimming. Our group was parents of the team coming in from Canada, NY, Fl & TX

Excellent space for family gathering.

We stayed for a couple of days for our teams state championship swim meet at EMU. Our check in was easy and Nicole was awesome in answering any questions we had. This was perfect for us. Thank-you Nicole.

House was beautiful and we had a great celebration. The only issue we had was the frezzer upstairs is broken and the hot water had a bad smell. But I reached out to the owner so she would know.Perfect place for a Christmas celebration.

Nicole’s place is great for a large group of friends or family. There’s lots of activities, the property is spacious and Nicole was prompt at responding whenever we had any questions.

The house was perfect for our needs: 15 minutes from Ann Arbor and roomy enough for 12 people. To be honest it was not as clean as I'd hoped — the floors didn't seem like they'd been washed, there were rings on the coffee table, etc. — and some aspects of the house definitely need updating. The deck, in particular, needs to be fixed. There were wooden slats coming apart, which didn't feel safe for the little kids using the slide. That said, the welcome cookies were a nice touch :)

We stayed here as a group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids between 5-10) and we all had a great time. The property is beautiful and there is plenty of space to spread out. There were endless options for the kids to play both indoors and outdoors and feeding the fish in the pond was a favorite for my youngest. The cookies when we arrived were a wonderful surprise - thank you! We would stay here again :)

This was exactly the home we needed for our annual trip back to our hometown in MI! It gave our family a home base in a beautiful home on a beautiful property that had enough space and amenities to comfortably accommodate family and friends over the week we stayed. We loved it here!
