Very nice room in a great spot with lots of dining options nearby.

Micah was a great host for this lovely space! They provided prompt and accurate communications, and were quick to respond when there was a mishap with the kitchen fuse.

The place itself stood out to me it was clean welcoming and had all the essentials we needed. Check in and out was extremely easy and host was available if we needed them. I would definitely stay again

The location and convenience was great. It’s a cute studio apartment, with parking and plenty of room for a week’s vacation. The bed was comfortable and everything worked.

Cozy, spacious, immaculate. Looking forward to planning another stay.

This was my second stay in this unit. Love that it offers the comforts of home, as well as the location is perfect. Steps to all that Old Depot Town has to offer, as well as walking distance to the park, downtown, campus, and Arbor Brewing.

Stopped in Ypsilanti en route to Up North MI. Wonderful apartment, clean, comfortable and well-appointed.

Super laid back vibe, the accommodations were great. The loft is completely as advertised. Aside from a really tight parking spot and double key pads with different combos everything was amazing.

This is our third loft at the Thompson building we have stayed at. They are all lovely and close to so many restaurants, bars and shops, all within walking distance. Thanks for sharing your loft with us. It is well decorated and the bed is super comfortable.

This property is a gem!

We have visited Ypsi several times since our daughter began attending EMU. We typically stay in a hotel near the interstate, but never again. The loft was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our daughter to hang around with us but the location can’t be beat. Steps to multiple tasty restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to downtown, parks, and Arbor Brewing. Campus and her apartment are just a bit further, but walkable if need be. We’ll be back!

My husband and I stayed here while moving our daughter into her dorm at EMU. The location was perfect. We ate at several restaurants within a block of each other. Clean, well appointed and aesthetically pleasing. We’ll be back when we come down to visit.

What a beautiful and spacious loft apartment in an old beautiful building right in the middle of Depot Town. Love the exposed brick within the loft - so full of character w a modern industrial vibe. So many restaurants and gift shops within walking distance. We look forward to staying at Thompson Lodts on our next visit!
