Stayed Nov 10, 2025Lots of flooding. First night had to buy heaters because the Heat didn't work.. I have a brother who's certified in heating and cooling he came and got the heat going. We had to cut the basement activities out because of the FLOODING.. Stayed for a week NEVER AGAIN.. 0 recommendations

Stayed Oct 25, 2025The check on process was easy and went smoothly. Once inside, the place was cold and the heat was not working, in the upstairs bedroom closet was someone's dirty bra, underwear, towel, a hair piece, and it appeared someone had slept in the bed. I reached out to the property owner regarding the heat, the dirty items that were found in the closet, and that the bed appeared slept in along with sending pictures for him to see. I never got a response regarding any of the issue. We stayed the first night without any heat. About 7 the second night the heat suddenly kicked on. On a positive note, the kids loved the downstairs entertainment area with the games, etc.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025Mold in kids bedroom. Floors and towels were very gross. Battery in smoke alarm low, requested a new one that never came. 2 trash bags for a 3 night stay. Owner had to send hand soap because they were all empty. No instructions for trash disposal.

Stayed Sep 14, 2025Everything was as described. Check-in was easy, and when we needed to add an extra day at the last minute, our hosts were able to accommodate our request. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone visiting St Louis.
