Fun at the lake

Place was very accommodating and comfortable for my family..the view out the living room window of the lake is very refreshing

It was a very nice place to stay, the heat did not work in the basement and other than that we were very pleased

We were in town for hockey games and had lots of down time between games. The house had just the right pots, pans and air fryer for us to cook all of our own meals. The comfy living room furniture was ideal for lounging and the large dining table allowed us to play cards! Kids walked down to the lake/park several times!

Layout of house was good and loved the kitchen. We really like how there was a family room downstairs and living room upstairs. Enjoyed deck and nice kitchen.

This is a wonderful spot - comfortable and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay and the host is great to work with.

The house worked great for our family and had everything we needed.

Vwry nice place. Easy communication with owner. Wifi was great. Kitchen was was well layed out.

I had business in town and my wife came with for the 4th. We do not have a boat but the access to the water by way of the dock was fantatic! She floatied around with the ducks for days. Property location was excellent right next to an ice cream shop. Everything we needed and more...deck..fire pit...lots of indoor space....just a nice property. Oh ...and owners were fantastically accommodating. Thanx!

We had a great time, and it was overall good. There was just some stuff that seemed like it wasn’t cleaned before we came. We also had some issues with the fridge.

This house was everything our family was looking for.

Stayed on a cold spring weekend, but absolutely enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for a craft weekend! Close to shopping & site seeing.

The house was great. The view was amazing. Quiet neighborhood.

Visiting friends, good location, we had what we needed

We were there for events in Mason city and the location worked well.

The layout of the house was perfect for entertaining. It was lacking in some kitchen equipment (no tupperware, mixer, dishcloths or pot holders). We had to do a quick wipedown of the fridge, counter tops and pans but everything else felt clean. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We had a wonderful time- nice little fire pit and seating area in the back yard for visiting. With a nice big deck for watching the sun rise with coffee ☕️ in the morning out front with view of the lake.

This home had the perfect location near the lake with dock access! We had a wonderful time walking the neighborhood, boating on the lake and chilling in the backyard. Everything was exactly as it was listed with everything we needed to prepare meals and sleep the 12 family members who joined us for the weekend. Thank you for everything!

This was our second time staying, for good reason. This home is comfortable, close to everything we need and want to do, and the owners are very accommodating.
