Stayed Jun 21, 2025We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. All is exactly as described in the listing. The house itself is charmingly quirky and well equipped. The location is excellent - walkable to the beach and a quick drive downtown. We especially appreciated the free onsite parking which can be hard to come by in Santa Barbara. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem for us as we found the evenings to be cool and comfortable. The host is very responsive and we would not hesitate to recommend.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Great location for getting to downtown and a quick walk to the beach! Property was super comfortable for our two families (4 adults and 2 kids under 4) and felt quite private. Outdoor space was lovely and private as well. Would love to return!

Stayed May 16, 2024We visit Santa Barbara every few months and always rent a house. Sunny’s house was great for our group of 5, and the dinning room table was comfortable and fun for the seven people who celebrated my birthday. The house has a lot of character, great windows, comfortable furniture and quality linens, dishes and pots/pans. We cooked a fair amount. The extras in terms of driveway parking, washer/dryer and good lighting throughout made our stay very easy. Our host was very responsive and welcoming. Thank you so much!
