Charming updated home in the Maravista section of Falmouth. 5 minute walk to the Great Pond and Bristol Beach is .8 miles down the road. Flat walk or bike ride will get you there in no time! I recommend taking the pond path for a beautiful view on the way to the beach. Want to be near downtown You are! A 5 minute uber or a 10 minute bike ride and you're in the heart of Downtown Falmouth. Bring your boat/kayak/paddleboard. Lots of launches nearby and space in the driveway.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Very cute house with everything we could need for our extended stay. Fantastic location and proximity to both beaches and town. Outdoor spaces were a great bonus, we loved spending time around the firepit and also grilled one night. Owner was very responsive and helpful, would enjoy staying here again!

Stayed Sep 7, 2024The house was very comfortable and super-clean. The host was responsive and so nice. We could walk to the Great Pond and Falmouth Heights Beach, and other beaches, restaurants and the bike trail were a 5 minute drive. We had a great time and were sad to leave.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We loved this adorably decorated and clean cottage! It has everything you need from, outdoor patio chairs, yard games, grilling, all kitchen needs to comfortable beds. TV's in each room was a plus. Great location, close to beaches and downtown restaurants. We can't wait for next year! TY

Stayed Jun 22, 2023My family and I had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s beautiful cottage in Falmouth! The property and home was perfect for my young family- we loved the amenities including the gas grill and great deck, the outdoor shower, and the fenced in yard with a fire pit. The beach and beautiful pond, perfect for the kids, was super close by, which made it so easy! The home is clean, well decorated and comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked! We would highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon!

Stayed Jul 22, 2023A lovely two bedroom house with a fenced back yard and large front deck. Located near the beach and a great walking path along the Great Pond. Melanie was a pleasure to rent from, and very quick to respond. We will definitely be back!
