Stayed Feb 25, 2025Property was clean and everything went smoothly. Price was very fair. Not a big fan of AI texting with property manager but that is the wave of the future. The living room is a little small but there is a bonus room off the kitchen. I would recommend this place for a small group or family looking to ski Bald mountain. I would stay there again.

Stayed Oct 1, 2024Very spacious town house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms all were a decent size and very nice. Massive TV with lots of channels and movie options. Area is beautiful! Only gave it 4 stars due to some minor, easy to fix issues. Slightly disappointed that the hot tub was not close at all to the house, so we did not end up using it due to the inconvenience.
